Our home is well loved and is a great place to spend some quality family time. It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

Stay at our brand new barn suite located on our family farm and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach (just 8 miles away) and cook on the grill and relax on the private deck overlooking the bamboo and pond. Plenty of room inside with a large living room/ full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a custom tile shower. Our modern and cozy barn suite is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

Central Haven with Great Fenced Yard

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. For those traveling with cats, please inquire before booking.

You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, and 2 cottages on the property. Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip!
