The room was incredible. The detailed features were some of the best I’ve seen in a room; surround sound music in bedroom and bathroom, one touch lighting options, great coffee bar, cozy and beautiful bed, cool book selection, tv had all the features you want. Then the bathroom…words can’t describe how nice it is. The shower is huge and also functions as a sauna, which is amazing after a day of hiking. Lastly, the location on Main Street and everything in walking distance to all restaurants and bars made the stay that much better. Would strongly recommend staying here.

This home is in a great location in Gunnison and 30mins away from Crested Butte. The mountain views were stunning along with all the stars at night you can see! very private and quiet! The bed was incredibly comfortable which made staying indoors nice too! thank you for having us!

A beautiful place to stay right in town!!! A few pieces of trash were there when we arrived but that’s okay! It was such a treat to stay there and perfect for a post wedding!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Oakley's oasis was very cozy with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed. The lodge area and amenities were great. Paonia is a wonderful place to visit and we will absolutely return to this place.

This was a great place to catch a show downstairs, walk the town of Created Butte, and take the free shuttle and ski the mountain! Easy, beautiful, and clean.

We really enjoyed the beautiful setting and home, so thoughtfully designed and decorated. Communications were splendid and the stay was delightful. We hope to return often.

I first saw Alex & Nadim’s place in August of 2024 during the Leadville 100 weekend, and I knew when the opportunity arose and I needed to stay in Leadville, they would be my first choice. I found their incredible property available and by far the most affordable in town when I needed it this March. Everything about the booking and communication prior to checking in was phenomenal! Unfortunately, due to extreme unexpected circumstances into my stay, my trip was cut short. Without prompting, Alex & Nadim and Julia at Traverse Hospitality went out of their way to show empathy and be supportive to the situation. If you need a place to stay in Leadville or the surrounding area, book with Alex and Nadim. If you cannot stay with them, make sure that whatever else you settle on it’s managed by the Traverse Hospitality team - their professionalism and provided customer experience is unsurpassed.

We've been to Leadville many times, and really enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-equipped house. It's walkable to everything in downtown Leadville and is equipped with everything you need to cook good meals and relax after a day outdoors. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay. The place itself was spacious while also cozy and was located right next to a great bar and grill. Biggest plus was definitely having a heated garage for the winter snow, no ice scrapping required. It was just south of Crested Butte which made for an easy drive to the town and the slopes. The hosts were also amazing with proactive instructions and they checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect.

It was a great place for our group of 5. An easy shuttle ride to the lifts and short drive into town. The owners were able to accommodate check in and check out times based on our travel schedule. Would stay here again.

I would stay here every time in Crested Butte. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We are local here to Colorado, but live about two and a half hours away from ski resorts. We really appreciated having a place that would allow us to bring our pups, and also be closer to the mountains. This place was great for our friends & family ski trip and had a wonderful backyard for our beloved furry friends. It was spacious, clean, and a great spot to come back to from a day on the slopes. Only thing that would make it even better would be a hot tub, but beggars can't be choosers. Awesome spot!

The fam and I spent a wonderful spring break ski week here and loved it. Condo is beautiful and the perfect size for the three of us. Super clean and well-maintained. Ski lifts are less than 10 minutes walk and that includes a stop at the ski valet downstairs. Pool, hot tub and fitness center are all right there, too. Had a few questions for the host during our stay and answers came in minutes. We will definitely be booking this property again in the summer!

This is THE PLACE to stay in Leadville! I wasn’t sure if the whole place would be nice (I could tell from pics that the living area would be gorgeous) but the entire place was beautiful. The back deck with hot tub was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything inside is top notch. If I had a question, Alex or a helper would reply immediately. You can’t go wrong at this place!

The place is in a good location - walking distance to Mt. Crested Butte and less than a 10 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte. The condo is clean and fairly well equipped for six people (including a toddler), has great views of the surrounding mountains, and the hosts were responsive and informative.

Scott was a great host! He was quick to respond the day of our check in and gave us all of the useful information we needed! The place was clean and so close to the lifts that we couldn’t have wanted a better spot to celebrate mine and my fiancées proposal trip! 10/10!

My husband, myself and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was amazing for a quick walk to the base. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome to have at the end of the day. There is a great coffee shop and ice cream shop nearby. The underground parking was a bonus! Easy 10min drive into CB proper. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great Spring Break trip at Billy’s condo. It was close to the mountain, convenient shuttle, cozy and groovy accommodations, clean with comfortable beds. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, used all the stuff in the kitchen, and had a great time. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

The place was located at the base of the mountain, which was perfect for a quick ski trip. The home was clean, bed was comfy, and the hosts were great. I would stay here again, hopefully for longer next time.

This stay exceeded expectations from start to finish, and I’d give it six stars if I could. Jeff was a great communicator, and check-in/out were seamless. The location is a short walk to the West Wall lift, and the views of the mountain were amazing. Quality storage options for winter gear made getting in and out easy, even with small kids. The kitchen was well stocked, and our family was very comfortable during our stay. Jeff’s place will be our new “go-to” when visiting Crested Butte.

Great apartment! Fit 2 easily and could fit up to 4. Walkable to the base lift and right next to the public free buses to downtown CB. We enjoyed our time and the place! Thank you!
