I stayed here with a last minute booking and i am glad i did. Place was clean with cooking facilities and netflix available on TV. It ideal for me as a place to stay before flying out of kk airport the following day. Overall great value and perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby at the shopping centre below. I'l be sure to stay again when back in town.

The place is great to stay for small family. Just a small comments, that poor sound insulation such as can hear footsteps, conversations and door open and close. Overall, the screen is beautiful. Thanks

Breath taking view from the villa. Clean n tidy place to stay. Margaret is a very helpful and friendly host. She often care about our needs and provide great recommendation. She gave us 100% privacy and assure our stay is comfortable. Just have to be alert if you have young n active kids in the top room. Other wise all perfect.

Absolutely spectacular place. Exceeded all expectations. Felt like royalty, perfect for groups traveling. A/C was working perfectly in every room, didn't even wanna leave the place to go explore! Thank you Alex!

Recommended for a stay like a local in Kota Kinabalu! Comfortable for a family of 4 with enough room to spread out in the spacious living/kitchen/dining. The location is near enough the city centre (on the port/jetty side of town) but also acccessible to where the locals shop and hang out (Likas/Damai/Luyang) - perfect for KK returnees back for family. Decently appointed kitchen - including an oven (rare in KK) - so I was able to do some baking while we were in KK for the holidays. The apartment is above a really good a supermarket (City Gourmet) and excellent restaurant (Limau & Linen) - worth a look in!

As mentioned in previous public reviews, the place is clean with quality beds, very comfortable, and beautifully renovated—even though the surrounding houses are older. The location is superb if you have a car or use Grab. Definitely planning to stay here again with my family on our next trip!

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great
