My stay at Praveen's was planned for visiting Guruvayur. Ended up booking this place after checking the reviews and it matched perfectly. Close to the temple say 500 m ,new with apt furniture and space planning, we 4 adults and 1 kid managed out stay peacefully in this property.

Place is about 1km away from the temple. You can go via auto or if going by personal car east nada multi level parking is the closest. takes about 6 mins drive. it's a 2bhk property with 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom. both rooms have ac. Property also has wifi and smart tv. Both Swiggy and Zomato have delivery available to the location. The entry road is a bit narrow in the beginning cars have to be a bit careful. rest all good property away from the major hustle and bustle of the temple but still being close by. Good value for money property. Caretaker and owner promptly communicated the necessary things.

Neatly maintained stay at Guruvayur. Clear instructions from the host Ms. Parvathy. Would love to come back here.

Security guard checked us in. The flat was spacious and equipped enough for a family of 6. It was located close to all prominent sites in town.Watching sunrises from the wrap around was a highlight. However , the AC didn't function properly in one of the rooms(Cant do without it in peak summer). And hot water was available in only one toilet (Could do without it though). Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The host was also responsive over messages.

Very responsive and amazing place to stay

Jacob was very responsive and accommodating—he adjusted the check-in time based on our requirements. The location was easy to find. The apartment is on the 14th floor and spans two levels, featuring four bedrooms, an open space for family gatherings, a living hall, and spacious kitchen areas. The apartment was very neat and clean, with great views as well, and exactly as it is mentioned on the description and shown in the images.Jacob explained everything about the apartment to us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a temporary stay in Thrissur.

Walking distance to Guruvayurappan Temple and right beside Mammiyoor Shivam temple . Clean and nest place . The caretaker Shaji was very helpful.
