Very friendly and helpful. The place has a great location directly at the night market so it is very busy outside and you can try a lot of small food stands. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bathroom is a bit older with some loose tiles. But all is still well maintained and as shown on the pictures.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described on Airbnb—what you see in the listing is exactly what you get. The entire apartment was very clean, especially the bathroom. The location is also super convenient, right across from Exit 3 of Central Park, making it easy to get around. One thing we really appreciated was how generous the host was with the water supply—there was a daily provision, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that while our booking was for a group of 9, the provided bedding (pillows and blankets) was only for 8 people. The host mentioned that the room is actually meant for 8 but can accommodate up to 10 if necessary. When we requested extra bedding, there was an additional charge of 600 yuan. Overall, it was a great stay, and we appreciate the host’s hospitality!

It’s a lovely place to stay, perfectly located near both the red and orange lines. The night market is just in front of the accommodation, which was super convenient. Ruby was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and really attentive to her guests

우선 가격과 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 4일 머물면서 매일 야시장에 갈 수 있어서 좋았고, 다양하게 테이크 아웃해서 방에서 편하게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 인터넷이 왜인지 불규칙한 속도를 내서 나중에는 와이파이를 이용하지 않았습니다. 이를 제외하곤 너무 좋은 추억을 만들어주었습니다.

The apartment is in a great location, close to Formosa Boulevard metro station and right above the Liuhe St night market. A great base to explore Kaohsiung from. Ruby was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

My stay at this place was great. The apartment is brand new, it’s perfectly clean and well equipped, very comfortable overall and conveniently located (MRT station, shopping mall and grocery store are all very close to the building). The decoration is modern and looks good. There’s free parking space available in the basement and a convenient garbage management system. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are just a few downsides: -The bed mattress are quite firm (which I like but it might not suit everyone’s taste) -The tap for drinking water is inoperative, you have to boil water, wait for it to cool down and then filter it with a jug (one is provided) -All the windows are on the same side of the apartment, and are located in two of the three bedrooms and in one of the two bathrooms, so there’s no sunlight in the third bedroom nor in the living room. However those downsides are really minor compared to the advantages, plus the price is really reasonable for what you get.

A wonderful place downtown, close to anything you need to get to. 7-Eleven is right across the street which made it easy for a quick trip during the typhoon. The place was incredibly clean and ready for anyone needing a personal place that feels like your own apartment. Ray even checked to make sure I was okay and reminded me beforehand to get supplies when needed and where I could easily get things, as well as helping get to public transport easily. It was an amazing stay and I should've booked for longer.

The unit is not very big but SUPER CUTE. It looks just like the pictures but with less room between furniture. However, you have almost everything you need in this small apartment. I can see that Jimmy put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for visitors. There are two rooms and one sofa bed in between. You may feel the gap on the sofa bed where the seat and back connect when you lay on it. We have three adults and everyone enjoyed his/her personal space during four nights of our stay. The apartment is very quiet and only 5 minutes walk to the metro station and only two metro stops to the most popular newly developed area "Pier 2". Thank you Jimmy for your quick response to our requests and questions. We had a wonderful stay in Kaohsiung and hope to book your place next time when I return.

the apartment was very clean and spacious, with 2 balconies (one for drying laundry, another one for enjoying the view). we slept very well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved how clean the air BNB was. Note that if you want to go to areas with more restaurants, you will have to walk 10 to 15 minutes. The LRT stop is about 15 minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket right across the street so that was very convenient, as well as a 711 right in the same building.

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Tainan dans ce logement. Un petit joyau. L’hôte est vraiment accueillant et bienveillant. Le logement paisible, grand et très propre ainsi que sécurisé. Nous avons réellement apprécié l’endroit après nos journées d’explorations, et pour se reposer. Calme, il y a la Clim mais même sans on ne suffoque pas. On s’y sent à l’aise, come chez soi. Plusieurs bouteilles d’eau sont mises à disposition, ce qui est vraiment une belle attention. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wonderful month long stay! comfortable beds and sofas, little extras that we might need like tape and soap, and plenty of stocked essentials. Host was responsive and helpful when needed. Location is near a nighmarket and bus lines. Metro is only about a 20 minute walk.

進去玄關會有一些畫作印刷 相信屋主想跟大家分享他喜歡的畫家 抽屜裡備有充電器 雖然大家外出大多都會帶 但還是有一種怕人家可能需要 插座蠻多的！這點很棒！ 我帶筆電跟GoPro 最需要這種很多插座的空間 冰箱在走廊跟另一間共用！ 重點是居然有按摩浴缸！ 雖然小小的一個人那種 但放水快！不浪費水又能快速泡澡 啊就是床跟馬桶好像都有點高的感覺 不過問題不大 桌子有三張真的很棒！ 大家採買各種食物回來不怕桌子放不下 題外話！斜對面的花生糖超好吃 可以去對面買金桔冬瓜跟那間花生糖一起吃 距離鴨母寮市場又很近！ 推J阿姨刈包！打拋豬好吃😍

英語も堪能でしたので、 コミュニケーションがとてもスムーズでした。時間変更も柔軟に対応してくださいました。

住處位置離市區很近，附近有許多有名的店家，也可以走路去逛赤崁樓。由於旁邊有廟，來往的人比較多，房東也有提醒我們進出要記得關上大門比較安全！住處的對面有畫機車停車格可以停放，很方便。 房間很寬敞、裝潢風格很有特色，房東有提供Netflix帳號可以觀看，非常貼心。床很大很好躺！雖然枕頭偏軟，但是雙人床一共有提供4顆枕頭，還不錯！ 很推薦來台南旅遊的人選擇過夜！
