Wonderful cottage in a lovely location. It was a perfect base for visiting family in the area. The house is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a homely feel. We would definitely book again! The children loved seeing the steam train go past.

We had a lovely stay. Alison met us on arrival and we had a lovely chat with her and her husband. Both were extremely friendly but also left us to our stay unless we needed them . The house was just lovely with everything we needed plus extras such as board games and coal for the BBQ when asked. The house is set in a lovely location great for wildlife lovers and just generally peaceful. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay

Helen’s place is surrounded by a beautiful garden and landscape. It was very peaceful, there are wonderful walks to do straight from the cottage. Helen was super friendly and extremely helpful.

We had an amazing New Year’s stay in Bryan’s cozy pod cabin. It exceeded all our expectations. The cabin was warm, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this peaceful spot. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. One highlight was sitting under the stars watching the Northern Lights by the fire, an unforgettable experience. Aberdaron village is nearby, with a café and shop, but far enough for complete tranquility. We explored nearby spots, including Traeth Porthor for a beach walk, Braich Anelog for scenic mountain views of the Irish Sea, and Mynydd Mawr, where we watched a perfect sunset over Bardsey Island. Bryan was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The check-in was simple, and his communication made everything seamless. This trip was the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. We’re already planning to return in the summer. We highly recommend

Margot was brilliant and very helpful. We all had the best time and I would love to come back again some day with my family. The property was beautiful and the best location. We enjoyed runs and walks to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Thank you again!

Fantastic 2nd stay away from everything in this amazing place. Went with a couple of friends for my birthday and our 3 dogs who never stopped running around all weekend. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. Our car made it down the track no problem. We had a bit of wheel spin on the way back up but nothing major. One of my friends is in a wheelchair and found it easy to get around the cottage downstairs and the bathroom. We managed to get up to the top of the hill too. All in all an amazing stay thank you

We absolutely loved our stay in Wales. I booked it last minute and couldn’t have been happier! The location is just stunning, so peaceful and quiet. The garden was perfect for our dogs and little boy to roam around and he even got to say hello to the horses! The place was really clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when visiting Wales, thankyou :)

Everything about this accommodation was magical … from the food left for us, to the comfy beds and the magnificent view across the garden and yonder fields. The tranquility added a magical touch to my morning cuppa sat out on the patio … loved every moment there and highly recommend you book a visit, if you are reading this … you will not be disappointed.

Sara was there to greet us when we arrived and was super friendly. The accommodation was lovely and the Welsh cakes and beers left were a lovely touch. It's a great place to explore local surroundings and relax. Seeing the baby lambs was a lovely added extra ☺️

The place Meleri and family have created is beautiful! The hut is in a perfect location, very peaceful and with loads of room for our dog to enjoy. It was spotlessly clean with all the basics that we needed for the stay provided (towels, soap, toilet roll etc). The little welcome box was a lovely touch with some incredible Welsh cakes in there! Great communication throughout, would definitely recommend to anyone. Would 100% return!

We have just returned fiona and Richards place in north wales and it was absolutely unique . I’m quite fussy but their barn conversion was beautiful , interesting , amazing decor and really so clean and stylish and welcoming - wow what a place ! We met Richard and Fiona and i was indulgent and had an hrs crystal therapy .. very special .. Fiona definitely has the magic . We white water rafted at the national centre 15 mins away .. such fun ! Unmissable ! And we dined at a local pub ten mins away … which was heaven . Would defo book this again as the accommodation was so well equipped and location was great .. peaceful and very grounding … chickens ducks . Sheep and of course beautiful Ted the dog ! It was a ten out of ten from us . Ellen and Dave

Had the most amazing wee stay here, just a pity the weather decided to clear up just as we left! We stayed here to climb snowdon and after the whirlwind of a hike we had this cosy wee cabin was exactly what we needed. The hottub never felt so good, and Evelyn recommended us to loads of restraunts and take outs to choose from and they were lovely. Was so nice to be surrounded by counteyside again and wee lambs playing about. Had the most relaxing experience, thank you so much Evelyn :)

The pod was perfect for a tranquil get away. Ceri’s pre information was fantastic and there is everything you need when you arrive. Hot tub was perfect despite the rain! Really enjoyed the off grid experience in a fantastic location with all the facilities. Would highly recommend

It was our second stay here and we loved as much as the first time we fell in love with it. Amazing location for sunrise and sunset and the donkeys and giddy goats are always good companyv

Superb stay. Gorgeous location. Hosts were fantastic and the food was amazing. Recommend the pizza evening that was great fun. The breakfast was above expectation. The children enjoyed the craic and playing with the really friendly dogs. We will be back.

Brilliant hosts! Very friendly, as soon as you arrive you are greeted and shown around, very clear instructions for finding the location and also the pictures are exactly how the place looks. Would highly recommend.

Mirka was a great host, really good communication and making sure we were okay. Location beautiful, very peaceful with great views of lambs and sheep going about their day! Was only 10 minutes or so drive from Porthmadog and Criccieth, so we found it easy to venture out when we needed. Cottage was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Our second time staying in The Loft and it didn't disappoint. Very comfortable, very clean and very peaceful. Bryn Odol is a dairy farm and this time we asked if we could watch the cows being milked - all highly automated and very interesting. The Llyn Peninsula is superb for walking and The Loft is well placed for reaching all areas ( Thanks Adam for leaving OS maps in the flat- very useful ) The Lion in nearby Tudweiliog serves great food and is very welcoming. Altogether a super week.

what an incredible place. we spent 4 nights in the cottage, explored the neighbouring villages (Beddgellert is on top of our list, the most picturesque little spot with many lovely restaurants/cafes and walks) drove to the sea (&onto the sand which you can do at black rock sands near Porthmadog, just a short drive from the cottage. Everything is well within reach, if you're a hiker, there'll be plenty walks to choose from right from your door, if you love to drive, you'll find some of the best, most scenic roads no matter what direction you take. if rainy and you're happy to chill in the cottage, you'll be well looked after! Susie's extra little touches will make you feel right at home! highly recommend!!!
