Kathryn called beforehand to make sure my arrival was prepared for. The entire place was so clean and stocked with the essentials! We spent the day in Helen and came back to a nice warm suite. The hot water got so hot (thankfully, it was freezing outside). There was a Roku tv that we used to sign into our accounts and just hung out at night watching tv. Kathryn provided firewood and we were able to have a nice bonfire in the cold temps. 10/10 stay, we hope to return one day!

Great location and convenient to area restaurants, events, etc. This was our second visit and we look forward to staying here the next time we're in town. The space is clean, quiet and fun to explore.

The place was perfectly described, was very clean and had everything that was needed just like you would have in your home. The climate control ( A/C) was amazing, has to be the only place I have ever stayed that I didn’t need a fan of any sort!! From the bathroom, spare bedroom, master bedroom, kitchen and living room , all were perfectly the same temp what ever you set it at. That is almost unheard of!! Also , very quiet inside, no noise could be heard from outside. We will definitely stay there again.

It was like staying at my grandma’s house!!! I can’t wait to stay here again if we are in the area!!!

We enjoyed this place so much. It was such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone ready to have a relaxing getaway to stay here. We felt right at home with so much hospitality and kindness. The river and waterfalls were absolutely beautiful.

Our stay was amazing we had one of the most memorable air bnb stays here. The attention to detail was very impressive and definitely made us feel extremely welcomed the environment too was something soft and warm, this combined with the home atmosphere turned our weekend into weekend we will never forget!

Oksana’s place was well located and very clean. She was also extremely responsive and helpful, especially since our request was last minute. Though minimal, the rental had the necessities. I was very comfortable because the unit was very clean.

We arrived late and checkin was self-service, so to speak. The next morning when we realized the hot water heater wasn’t working, Michelle came right over and solved the problem. A storm had gone through the day before and tripped the GFCI on the tank. She was there in minutes and we had hot water the rest of the time we were there. She was very friendly and even let us meet her pet parrots! It was a lovely stay and only a short drive from family we were visiting. It was only one block from a great coffee shop downtown and a new restaurant. We didn’t get to try the restaurant this time but we’ll be back and hopefully, we can stay there again. It was a great find.

Christine’s place was very comfortably furnished for a large family. The home was thoughtfully decorated and functional. Even though the kitchenette has no sink, it had many gadgets. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great night.

We LOVED our stay! The walkability is unmatched. Everything you'd want to see/for is right outside your door. The condo is unreal! I though we'd never use the elevator, but it came in handy almost immediately taking groceries and luggage from floor to floor. The place was spotless and Monica and Stephen are exceptional hosts with outstanding communication. You can tell they're committed to ensuring you have a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Unit was exactly like the posting said. Loved the peacefulness of the resort. It was an awesome place to stay.Would definitely book with them again

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to town, but far enough to avoid noise and commotion in the evening. The property was slightly dated, but everything was in good working order. This was the cheapest option available for the time we searched and well worth the price.
