This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

Was a great stay! Only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Otsuka JR station, so it’s extremely easy to get to either east or west side Tokyo without worrying about any other stations to get confused with. Super close to the Sakura station if you’re not feeling like walking too much to Ikebukuro. It has some really nice food spots to and from the station with places to pick up amenities in case you forgot something on your trip. The space itself is exactly as shown on the page. AC works like a dream, and really quick to cool down the room. As stated on the page, no elevator, so be prepared to climb!

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Akasaka! The location is perfect—right in the vibrant heart of the city with awesome restaurants nearby and super easy access to Tokyo’s major landmarks. The apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet spot, which was great for relaxing after a busy day. It’s surprisingly spacious, making it an ideal choice for families and groups (probably up to 3-4 ppl max). We loved our time here and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

Тихий район, но близко к метро и SkyTree. Рядом есть магазины и кафе. В доме есть лифт. В квартире чисто, места для двоих достаточно. Понравилось окно с видом на перекресток (но, как я понял, у хозяина несколько квартир в этом доме и планировка, судя по фото, может отличаться). Есть стиральная машина и порошок к ней. Из минусов отсутствие чашек для горячих напитков (только стаканы) и ножей (только столовые). В общем и целом квартира очень понравилась, рекомендую.

We have so many questions and he answered and explained to us clearly.. Great location, walkable to Otsuka Station. It’s in the Yamanote Line, every location is easily accessible. Clean and tidy! All is good!

really lovely place, really great for kids. walkable to the train station. we walked every day with 2 kids ( 1&4). lovely space and comfortable would stay again

Very convenient place with a nice location in central Tokyo. Comfortable and with every equipment needed. Host is really reactive and nice which was a big plus for me.
