Nicola is a great host very responsive and the house is amazing the photos doesn’t do it justice. The house keeper, chef, and Fabian the driver were all very kind and helpful .

This stay was amazing very compassionate and friendly host, always checked in to make sure we were ok. Place exceeded my expectations very clean and comfortable had no issues we absolutely loved it and felt safe. Beautiful property will definitely be staying here again

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

Nordia was a great host! My family and I had an amazing stay. The house was clean and the yard was truly exceptional. I would recommend this property as it exceeded my expectations🫶🏽

You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

Janet was an exceptionally awesome host, I cannot say enough about her and her place. I have never stayed in a place SO CLEAN! Janet thought of everything anyone could possibly need! Upon our arrival she met us at the gate gave us a quick guided tour of her place. We were also welcomed with a fresh pitcher of rum punch. Right from making our reservation Janet was always in touch with us from giving us direction to her place & if needed she would pick us up at airport. She sent us suggestions of awesome places to go & things to do. Janet also had us down for Puerto Seco Beach that we were admitted in free any day for our entire stay. And her pool the BEST!! I highly recommend Courtyard By the Bay, We will Be returning there on next trip to Jamaica, I would not even ever consider staying anywhere else! On a rating of 1-10 she gets a 20 from us.

Es la cuarta vez que me alojo en casa de Diane y cada vez ha sido una maravilla alojarme. El lugar es tranquilo, bonito. Los vecinos son amables y muy amigables. Y la casa muy comoda, limpia y nos hace sentirnos como en casa. Las anfitrionas muy atentas y super amables, atendiendo a nuestras peticiones con rapidez y empatia hacia nosotros. Seguro que si volvemos por la zona repetiremos. En resumen un muy buen lugar con unas excelentes anfitrionas.

Was so wonderful love it felt at home

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Very nice modern property just outside of Falmouth, it's exactly how it looks in the pictures, and has all of the listed facilities. The pool on the complex was vey useful to have, and there is a view of the sea and the lagoon from the property. The complex felt very safe and secure, all guests are asked to show ID at the gate before entering the complex. The location is very convenient if you have access to transport, Falmouth, Martha Brae and the Luminous Lagoon are all very close, plus there are lots more attractions within a half hour drive.

Always felt like I'm at home staying at Marvin's Airbnb. community is quite and good for walking in the early or late evening for exercise. also near by shopping Plaza within 7 minutes drives. also the excursion that jamaica have, also I recommend that everyone try Ys falls excursion it's so beautiful and relaxing there.

Bridgette responded fast anytime I had a question the house keeper also was real helpful we rented out the whole unit for 11 people and didn’t feel cluttered at all the location of the Airbnb is perfect not to far from food places and the real local areas I will book with Bridgette again in the future

This is a very beautiful house and my family felt right at home. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The space is clean and gives the feeling of home away from home. My absolute favorite was view from the balcony and patio into the lagoon as I found absolutely breathtaking and served as a relaxing escape from the noise of our daily busy lives. The house keeper (Ms Cheryl) was very friendly, helpful and is a wonderful cook. She made our meals according to my rather strange specifications which was much appreciated because my daughter has severe allergies. She pivoted and still made authentic Jamaican food. We loved everything about the house and the neighborhood. The nearby beach recommended by Anna-Kaye was also very beautiful and my kids had fun. I would recommend this house to anyone and if my family is back in Montego Bay, we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The only hiccup we had was the door not locking and the hot tub not getting hot enough. I like it hot, the others had no problem with the temperature lol. However, Jason came right away to give me a tutorial on how to lock and unlock the door. Other than that we felt safe and if we had any questions the host(s) were always available to answer!!! Thank you guys for allowing us to have a great vacation worry free!

Like i said, the photos did not do the place justice, it was fabulous. Lots of outdoor space, locations so i wasnt trapped inside the house. The view is beautiful looking out on the Caribbean sea. Nicholas responded immediately. Guests get free access to Puerto Sico beach, but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so plan excursions for those days. The water is warm and amazing. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend his house to family and friends. It was a good time, thanks Nicholas.

The home has everything one needs when away. The home was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would return.
