I absolutely loved this place! The apartment is tucked away in a peaceful inner courtyard, yet it’s centrally located—easy to explore the city but quiet at night. My room was just perfect, with everything I needed. A special shout-out to the evening guard who was so kind—he helped me with my luggage and even waited until my taxi arrived. Such a thoughtful touch!

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

I am a writer. I've been on the road around the world for 9 months. This is the best place I've stayed. Heads up, Digital Nomads. The office area is superb. Well lit during the day with natural lighting from the balcony off the office area, which provides a breeze, and no-glare light at night. Like hot showers? Tepid water that lasts 3 minutes has been my big beef while traveling. Plenty of storage for my mountain of photographic gear. Perfect location. A washer AND a dryer! Chau, Chin's wife, doesn't speak much English, but she communicated with treats she brought me from time to time and pats on the back. Chin An spent was the director of some of the largest hotels in Vietnam. Take a moment when you come to look at his awards. He drove the project to create the first environmentally healthy hotel in the chain. Both have a great sense of humor. When their friends come, I can hear them laughing downstairs. Happiness matters a lot in an environment. Great place to work, lovely people.

Fantastic stay with super friendly staff and responsive host. The best part about it was that couch and pillows linens had just been recently cleaned, which adds to the great cleaning job done. Bed is comfortable with a nice thick sheet and good Air conditioning unit. Keep in mind there is no elavtor so you will have to carry luggage up 3 or 4 floors.

Jesse’s apartment is a brilliant choice for your stay in Hà Nội. On a quiet street in the French Quarter, but moments away from restaurants and everything else you would need. The apartment was beautifully set up, and the door staff were so friendly. Jesse was very responsive and everything was as described. I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Căn phòng sạch, thoáng , đẹp và yên tĩnh, đầy đủ tiện nghi, người dân xung quanh thân thiện và tốt bụng. Nghĩa là chủ nhà tốt và nhiệt tình. Lối vào rộng,thoáng là điểm cộng. Hàng quán xung quanh rất nhiều, tôi sẽ quay lại nơi đây

Nice location near city center with many nice local restaurants. The appartment is also well furnished, it feels like home living there.

Le logement de Tran est bien situé, avec le Old Quarter et le lac Hoan Kiem accessibles à pied, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Le logement en lui même est situé dans une petite ruelle. La porte d’entrée peut être surprenante étant donné qu’elle se ferme à l’aide d’un cadenas, mais nous nous sommes toujours senti en sécurité, et cela fait parti du charme du logement. Le logement est propre et bien rangé, et les hôtes ont été très réactifs et accueillants, et nous envoyant pleins de recommandations. Merci !

Alex a été une hôte réactive, notre vol a eu du retard et nous n'arrivions pas à joindre notre chauffeur. Elle nous a laissé du lait et de l'eau, gentille attention même si nous ne buvons pas de lait. Le logement est proche de tout, tout en' étant relativement au calme, je recommande pour le prix !

Amazing huose. I love the kitchen and the balcony. The bathroom has a big mirror. I can buy anything during my trip into the suppermarket at the first floor in the building. The are many food street here. Host help you much. She is really nice. I recomment this home. Thanks

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Linh. L'appartement est très cosy, avec un plafond haut, minimaliste, avec des plantes, lumineux, avec des draps tout doux. Il y a la climatisation ainsi qu'un ventilateur pour supporter la chaleur. Bref, c'était très agréable et avec le lac Hoem Kiem accessible à pied. Je retournerai volontiers là-bas la prochaine fois que je viens à Hanoï !!

Thein was a good host and responsive. Place is bright, clean and neat, it’s easy to find. Easy to walk to old quarters, Hoan Kiem lake.Many restaurants around the place. There was round the clock security. We checked in late at around 2:00am and didn’t have any difficulty. Tour operators prefer this place to pick you up for day tours. The only drawback was the flight of stairs to reach the reception area. Had to carry our luggage to the first floor. We were put up on the 6th floor which had an elevator. We like the place so extended our stay for another 3 days, Thein offered us a 15% discount, unfortunately we were given the 7th floor which didn’t have the elevator, had to carry our heavy luggage. I recommend this place for friends and family to stay.
