Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

As fellow hosts in the community, Nhung and I have known and supported each other for some time. I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. Nams was so clean and comfortable a good range of kitchen ware as well the water cooler was very thoughtful and the washer and dryer were the cherry on top excellent highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)

We stayed at this place first and ended up staying again at one of Austin’s other units. Both were great and would stay here again. It’s spacious and close to everything.

Nam's place is a great modern two-bedroom apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. There were no issues, and the location is very good with lots of facilities nearby - restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and some bars. Excellent place for a long stay and to work from. It's a relatively short walk down to the lake front, and to many of Hanoi's sights, and around an hour's walk to the Old Town and French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.
