We felt so comfortable and right at home in this unit. Everything was cleaned to perfection before we arrived. They are very patient with us, and we never felt like we were a burden even though we had many questions. They are incredibly kind hosts. I Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! look no further if you are trying to decide on a place to stay. this is the most ideal and perfect location.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Da Nang and was genuinely impressed. The location is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the Han River, Han Market, and the Da Nang Museum. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot and surrounded by stylish cafés and great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The apartment is a well-designed corner unit with a clean, modern style and a warm, welcoming feel. What truly stood out were the views: each window offers a different perspective of the city, from the sparkling Han River to the bustling streets, and even a stunning view of the bay that looks just like a painting. What surprised me most was how the apartment looked even better in person than in the photos. The bed were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The large fridge, big TV, and perfectly working air conditioning in every room made the stay especially comfortable. 숙소가 사진과 같아요. 3명이서 지내기에 넓고 구조가 좋았어요. 3개의 방이 모두 뷰가 예쁘고, 자동 커튼입니다. 3개의 방이 혼자 쓰기에 넓고, 개인 옷장도 넉넉하게 있고, 침대도 넓어요. 침구류와 수건이 깨끗하고 넉넉했어요. 청소 상태가 너무 좋아요. 벌레 없어요. 좋은 향기가 나는 숙소 였어요. 냉장고에 정수기가 붙어있어요. 쇼파가 편했어요. 거실에만 tv가 있고, 큰 편입니다. 거실에 발코니가 크게 있고 나가면 세탁기가 있어요. 키가 2개라 편해요. 엘리베이터 키 찍고 층수를 눌러야 해요. 로비에 직원이 상주하고 있어요. 수영장 이용은 하지 못했지만 보기에 크고 깨끗했어요. 건물 뒷편에 수영장이 있어요. 실내화가 넉넉하게 준비돼 있어요. 수건도 넉넉 했어요. 친구가 충전기를 놓고 나왔는데, 다른 호텔로 가져다 주셨어요. 너무 감사드립니다. 여기 묵은 2박이 너무 좋았어요. 친절하시고 깨끗한 숙소. 가성비 너무 좋아서 무조건 추천 하고 싶어요.

Had a great stay! The location was convenient, the space was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great spot! Right on the beach, tons of restaurants in the area, awesome views. Warm water runs out pretty quick, water pressure could be a bit better. It's a really nice place for Vietnam standards, not if you're used to 5 star USA or EU standards. We stayed here for almost 1 month, and enjoyed our stay!

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

Very good location, peaceful and great to make some practice on piano if you’re a traveling musician. And has an oven in the kitchen which is a plus. I recommend.

Ngoc is superb. Communication is proactive and effortless. Location is just the best. The flat is cozy. Small bits can be better but I found my new regular place in Da Nang :) Thank you Ngoc!
