Quiet location on the outskirts of Bellevue. Very relaxing and homey.Loved that we had plenty of room for us and our little pups. Would definitely come stay again.

The host was extremely helpful. The property was perfect for what we needed.

I had a short stay at the house and it was a much better choice than a hotel in town. Very quiet and right on the lake, and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Overall, this would be a great place in the summer to stay with the group.

Beautiful, quality home and location! Our family was very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with things that you might need for cooking. There was a fun game room in the garage. Gorgeous view from the porch! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Loved this place! We have been. coming to SV for many years, but this was our first time staying in Board Ranch. It’s super convenient to Warm Springs and close enough to town. The house itself was very nice, well equipped, clean, and everything you want in a mountain retreat. We will rent it again if we can find it on VRBO as we no longer want to support Airbnb for moral reasons.

This place is amazing. The heated rooftop kitchen and hot tub (even in Feb) were the highlight. Hot tub water was clear and clean as well. All of the amenities were amazing. The place was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well stocked (not cluttered and very clean). It was easy to control the cooling and heating of multiple zones if some prefer it warmer than others. The huge windows showcase the mountain on one side and the sleepy town road right down from the lift on the other side (mountain in the background on both sides). There isn’t a closer place to stay to the lifts on Bald mountain. Heated floors, well lit. Gas fire. I loved this place. I can’t say enough about how great this place is.

A few things I wanted to rave about that were nice additions- some extras that you might’ve forgot( cooking spices/sprays, body wash, extra bedding, fans, serving dishes/crockpot, towels/laundry detergent to name a few). And the bedding was very nice (bedding/pillows/mattresses). It was very comfortable for 2 families (7 all together) and we loved the comfy sectional and big dinner table! Very close to everything in town, great location!

Stephanie was a great host who ensured we had an easy stay. Her condo is in such a great location with it being easy walking to Kechum. Thank you Stephanie!

Great location! Two minute drive to main Sun Valley lot and easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Clean and well maintained - full kitchen and comfy bed. Will stay again!

Lori was a great host. The place was cute and clean. We were able to walk everywhere. Lori was super quick to respond to our messages. The bed was comfortable and for it being in an apartment complex- it was very quiet. We had a great weekend.

Loved our stay - great location, easy to walk to downtown and the wraparound deck was the perfect morning coffee spot. Leslie the host was great with communication, and her instructions were spot on. As a nice touch, there were fresh flowers, and great coffee. WE will definately be staying there again on our next family trip.

This property was top notch. Beautifully appointed with thoughtful details. Shane was responsive to our questions. It was a quick trip for us, wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location in the center of town. 5 minute bus ride to Bald mountain for skiing. Definitely worth the cost. Jim and Karin were very accommodating.

A great little condo at a great spot! So close to the chairlifts on the Warm Springs side of Sun Valley! The unit is well-maintained. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch! I loved the balcony and the hot tub!

We enjoyed our short stay. Condo fit our family of four perfectly. Only complaint was that the hot tub and pool that are close to the condo were not working, but the codes work for the larger newer facility in the main Elkhorn village. Overall the condo was great.

Ann was extremely communicative through every step of our stay. You can tell she takes pride in her space and cares about her visitors. The unit is conveniently located- two blocks from Ketchum downtown. Easy to leave your car and wander around. Lots of kind, high quality goodies left for us to enjoy upon arrival. While the unit is small, its use of space is smart and the 2 of us never felt cramped. Patio provided nice views and easy access to fresh air. Complex kitty is very friendly and provided a warm welcome. Laundry in complex but not in unit (not a problem for our weekend stay). Great spot for an outing for 2 or solo travel. Don't miss eating at Enoteca!

Great spot for skiing in Sun Valley, host was super responsive and very available through the app which was much appreciated!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Ron et Lisa. Il ne manque rien dans cet appartement très bien décoré et fonctionnel. TV, internet, lave linge et sèche linge La literie est d’une excellente qualité + Tout pour un séjour de qualité et reposant. Le cadre est magnifique, le parking se trouve à quelques pas de l’appartement, tout comme l’arrêt de bus. Ron et Lisa répondent extrêmement rapidement aux messages.

Thank you to Tim and Heather for allowing our group to stay at their home in Ketchum. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen of the Airbnb was. For future guests, it’s worth knowing they have everything you may need for a fun ski weekend including a crockpot, a fondue pot, towels for the hot tub, plenty of linens and lots of games and movies. Every question we had was answered immediately and Tim and Heather were incredible at meeting our needs. Thank you again for a weekend full of memories, we hope to come back some day.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time! Two of us worked remote from the condo and the WiFi was reliable and fast. Great location - we could skin up Dollar mountain right from the doorstep, nice walking path nearby, and very good access to the resort and the rest of wood river valley. The hot tub and sauna was a nice added bonus too! Would definitely stay again!

Great Ketchum location. Very convenient bus service and easy walk to downtown and River Run ski entrance.
