Lovely home. Great place for a family long weekend, even in the winter. Highly recommend. Looking forward to a future visit.

Loved the bidet in the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I had a question about how to use the shower in the master bathroom and they responded quickly. You pull down the bottom of the faucet to make it work. We had a nice time watching movies in the living room area. Really cozy.

Emily is a great host and very responsive. The house is clean and comfortable. The outside screened porch is a wonderful space and very peaceful. Emily had a list of area activities, restaurants, coffee, and pastries. We had a full agenda this trip so did not try any of Emily’s suggestions but we will be back to grab a long, relaxing weekend soon.

This location was amazing !! It was a beautiful getaway !!! House was cozy and the hosts were so accommodating and attentive!!! The only thing that I would say is the cleanliness was not done so well not sure if the company being utilized is actually doing what they need too .. not the hosts fault of course but I figured I’d give some feedback back and a heads up if they are paying a company to do the services for them. Again beautiful place loved the location.. all in all I give this place a10put of ten and I would definitely stay again !! I hope the feedback will be received well my intent is not to offend the owners/hosts thank you for the lovely place we did enjoy it very much!!!

I stayed here with my family while in VA and it was so peaceful. Driving up to the property we saw the cows and horses that my kids enjoyed looking at. The home is clean and spacious with a grocery store near. We grabbed some groceries and made ourselves a delicious meal that we enjoyed outside while watching the cows graze. Margaret allowed us to check in early and encouraged us to reach out with any concerns. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

The farm is a great place to visit, especially for kids. It's a quiet and beautiful area with an absolutely wonderful family running the farm. Sheila and James were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The animals, from dogs to goats to sheep are numerous and fun to watch and be around. I can't wait to go back!

From check in through the end of our stay Margo was great. The house was well appointed and was accurately described both in the photos and the listing. Literally couldn’t have had a better host or place to stay!! Will definitely be booking again and will be recommending both the host and the home to anyone who asks.

We absolutely loved staying at Sharon's! The surroundings are so beautiful and we loved being able to spend time outside during our stay. It was the perfect location for what we needed. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice house, great veranda with a BBQ and a view to the lake. Check-in and check-out were very easy!
