The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

N! Baby! This place was dope! You were right, the pictures are only a small slice of what the place is like in reality. From the second we entered the house, I felt that It was worth every cent. I loved the place. The views were spectacular, the ambiance and atmosphere was chill aF. This is my new home away from home. I’ll tell you right now. What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

If ur looking for a quite and relaxing weekend this is the place for u from sun up to sun down. The only thing that its missing is a fire pit but the dock in the back will make up for that. Especially if u like to fish or read a book. I plan on rerent this place again.

What a wonderful stay we had 4 Levels!! The house is located on a quiet street not far from Atlanta’s attractions! Plenty to do within the area! The house has comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed starting the day in the home gym before going out into the town. Plenty of hot water for the showers! If you have a small dog just be aware that there are some large gaps in the outdoor fence but we were able to make it work!! Would definitely stay here again and my kids are already asking me to book it for our next vacation!! Thanks for everything!!

To Whom It May Concern, From the beginning, Alhassan was responsive and attentive. The property itself was very nice, with thoughtful amenities. However, I felt that the upcharge for a one-night rental was not communicated transparently enough in the listing, as I previously expressed to both Alhassan and Airbnb representatives. Regarding future stays, I would only consider booking this property for more than one night under a different platform. Due to Airbnb's lack of customer service and, most importantly, the organization's stance on DEI initiatives, my family, friends, and I will no longer be patronizing Airbnb properties moving forward. Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Great place to stay, definitely a drive through beautiful woods, lots of hiking around and Alex was very responsive with any questions we had. Our favorite spot was the fire pit by the creek, it was so peaceful. We had a lot of fun with the game room as well. Just a great time, definitely recommend.
