Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Unsere Ferienwohnung mit Garten befindet sich am Fuße des Tennengebirges und der Burg Hohenwerfen. (Zugnähe) Die 65qm große Gartenwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett sowie über ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit Podestdoppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, vom Kühlschrank über den Toaster bis zur Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche sowie über eine separate Badewanne. Ein großer Garten und separater Eingang runden die Wohnung ab.

Ferienwohnung in Abersee - Apartment

Neue, gemütliche, sehr helle und offene Dachgeschoss Wohnung in Seenähe. Separater Eingang, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
