A beautiful home with lovely period details. Enjoyed reading in the sun porch. My 3rd floor room was perfect for this solo traveler and an excellent value. Hope to return with family next summer.

Wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous home with a breathtaking view of the city.

I was pretty focused on this trip and so was mainly at Selene’s place for sleep, but it was perfectly located, clean, and spacious. It was a wonderful base for my weekend with my daughter.

The accommodations were everything we wanted and more. We needed just one bed, for just one night at Sarah's accommodations, for a family gathering down the road. The place is like stepping back in time, and that's a good thing. There was the modern, a TV with Netflix and WiFi meets the charm of a 100+ year old home, with what appeared to be original floorboards, an original narrow staircase, and other details. With any old home, you might get a cold bite of the winter air outside, so Sarah provides her guest with plenty of spare blankets, and a oil filled space heater in each room. Sarah provided a well written local guide, and signs on the walls to help you find what you need. She has a great sense of style. There are curiosities everywhere. I would highly recommend her place if you need to be in the area for a day or a week. You'll love it!

The Airbnb is close to downtown Springfield and museums. We stayed two nights to experience the Big E. We were glad to heed Jonathan's restaurant suggestions: Nadim's and the Crepes Tea House served great meals. The house was filled with lovely antiques and we enjoyed the company of cats, Caspar and Sunny.

We enjoyed our stay! This was our second trip back this year! Barbara and Carlos are very warm, accommodating and helpful. We even got to use the hot tub this time! Delightful!

This place is a real gem! Private and quiet (the only sound being the birdsong in the morning), yet handy to 91. As a woman traveling alone, I am selective about security whether staying in someone's home or a separate unit, and I felt very secure here. The home was immaculate, with spacious common area, lovely furnishings, all the amenities, a well-appointed kitchen, the bed was sooo comfortable. I stayed in the smaller bedroom, and it had everything that I needed. Dan was an excellent host. He is personable, helpful and easy going. He was available yet respectful of my privacy. It was nice to chat during meal preparation, but otherwise I hardly knew he was there. You know that kind of place where you almost don't want to leave a review, because you're afraid it will become so popular you won't be able to book it in the future? Well this is one of them.

We had such a lovely time at Dee’s place! She was a wonderful host - she gave us clear check-in instructions as well as recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and made delicious and abundant breakfast for us each morning. The house itself was very peaceful and we are really grateful to Dee for sharing her lovely home with us. Highly recommend!

No wonder Nancy is a super host. She has combined all those roles into one, a sister, a mother, even a nana. Sitting on the deck, enjoying breezes from the early fall; the waves from Connecticut river and the splashing sounds sooth and rock you like a baby in a mother’s arms. If you seek a home away from your home; if you love nature, then, Riverbank is for you!! Nancy, I wish I could thank you more!

This was my second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first! I love coming back — the place is cozy, clean, and feels like a home away from home. I accidentally booked one less night than I intended, but the host was incredibly kind and allowed me to stay the extra night? Truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

The Lacey Rose is a beautifully renovated home from the 1800s with details down to the flat head screws used on hinges and window latches. The property is inviting and the landscaping is well thought out. Denise serves a delicious and nutritious breakfast and will tailor the items served to allergies or preferences. She is responsive to messages before arrival and offers top notch hospitality during the stay. Plus she has two cute and friendly dogs. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
