We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

Second time we've stayed here and, once again, what's not to like? Comfortable, cosy and best of all, a fantastic location. All the main centres are easily reachable within comfortable walking distance and we didn't use the car once. A super relaxing experience.

Anna's flat was perfect for our family reunion. Everything we needed was there. Parking was easy and we had a very relaxing stay.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

A beautiful home, just right by the beach! Spacious and amazing amenities, such as the hot tub. Damian was a brilliant and welcoming host. Would definitely recommend and be back!

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Corinnes cottage. It’s lovely and spacious, very quiet and clean. Corinne was attentive and quickly sorted a slight problem we had on arrival. We enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful garden every morning and tea & cake in the afternoon. It’s a lovely sun trap. Lymington is a great town, with nice shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return.

Very nice flat, a few minutes walk to the sea. A great location for the coast and the New Forest (10min drive away). Carl was very helpful and the flat was very clean. We had a great few days.

A lovely property, a little bit dated but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location, lovely views, right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby We had a delivery from Solent Tandoori which was lovely food at reasonable prices.

Great place to stay, accommodation exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location, just a minute's walk from the Rising Sun pub and the coastal path. Would definitely stay there again.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Spent a fantastic couple of nights in Tina's lovely studio. Part of a stunning contemporary property in a quiet area but close enough to central Salisbury for those who want to visit. Equally stunning is the garden with the chalkstream River Nadder at its limit. Well equipped kitchen and very pleasantly appointed living accommodation. If you absolutely forced me to suggest any improvements all I could say is; maybe a bigger TV screen?! But with the garden and the surrounding sights to visit you probably won't be watching much TV anyway! Tina was an exemplary host. One of the best UK Airbnb's I've stayed in for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

A great few days stay at Tara’s place over the bank holiday weekend. Great communication with Tara (very responsive) and provided us with details on local building work which though didn’t impact our stay greatly was really appreciative. A great location to watch the world go by and our two daughters loved the bunk beds! Highly recommend.
