Luxury Vacation House at North Beach

Beautiful family house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just steps from North Beach comes with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! This 4BR, 4.5BA house with two living areas, spacious kitchen, & ocean views is the perfect location for a luxury getaway. Three bedrooms have queen beds, & 1 has 2 full beds. With two outdoor living spaces to enjoy the summer weather, this house also has a washer/dryer and wi-fi, dining table for 8, and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Rustic Log Cabin on Pawtuckaway Lake

Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.

This condo is not water front! It is a short easy 3 minutes walk to Hampton beach strip and all the attractions. hardwood floors The bedroom has King bed and 1 Futon Living area has 2 Couches and a rocking chair,kitchen breakfast table and chairs Dual Kurig Coffee machine. Two night minimum . Small I bedroom with Livingroom at the heart of the hustle and bustle of Hampton Harbor. We are not fancy but we have our own private beach. Situated 2 doors down from a diner that opens quite early. You will be amused and entertained by all of the fishermen and women headed out as the sun rises. Enjoy the private beach ! Use our kayaks and peddle boats on the house ! Recently renovated! Please a minimum of 2 nights.

Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.
