I had a fantastic stay. The house was very spacious and charming in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The location was almost exactly between Kingsport and Johnson City, so many options for food and activities nearby. The swim jacuzzi was amazing, exactly what we needed after a long workweek. I would definitely stay again; well worth the cost!

we enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven immensely. It was in the perfect spot for a relaxing stay for us and our fur baby, with a short sprint to Bristol Motor Speedway for the races. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice. So peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place. Communication was great and kepted in contact the whole visit. My family will definitely stay here again if we are in this location. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their beautiful home!

We had an amazing vacation staying at Russ’s house in Tazewell! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. The house was exactly like the description and had all the amenities that you would need on vacation! Russ is very friendly and responsive and gave us great local recommendations, especially visiting the Cumberland Gap! We highly recommend this house and would definitely book again!

We have spent multiple nights in this beautiful little air bnb. We have loved it every single time. Small, simple, beautiful, clean. Look forward to many more stays.

This was the perfect place to stay on my trip to meet up with my sister. She was camping nearby and I got this cabin. The day before I was asked if I wanted a pack n play because I was bringing my baby and of course I said yes because it would be one less thing to pack. We had a long travel day and when we checked in I saw they set up the pack n play and put sheets on it for me! It was such a nice gesture and I felt it was so sweet. They also put out snacks for us and le croix in the fridge for me - it was like they knew us! The location was beautiful. From the porch we could hear the river, birds chirping, and the occasional train passing. We took their recommendation to go to natural tunnel park which was so fun and the kids loved it! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

Was perfect for what we needed visiting family. House was clean and very tidy/comfortable. Very private with only one close neighbor. Room for dog to run around. Host responded to my check-in question promptly and friendly. Overall, great for our visit and needs. Being dog friendly was a huge plus! Also, it’s right off the interstate so easy to jump to Johnson city or Kingsport if needed. Only item to consider is no wifi or tv. We didn’t need it as we spent limited time at the house other than sleeping. But, some may need it. Just note in case this is a priority for your trip. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be back soon!

My family and I had a wonderful stay 🤗 The cabin is beautiful and cozy and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view, walking our dogs around the area and in the living room watching movies 🎥 Only complaint is that when we arrived after driving 15hrs to get there, the cabin was unfortunately dirty. Very dusty, dirty bathrooms, bedsheets were stained and did not look or smell washed at all, trash and clothes left over from previous guests were littered on closet floors. It looked like the cleaning crew was not in the mood to do their jobs 😅 We arrived around 6pm, very tired from our trip and had to put all our bed sheets to wash and clean all the mess left behind :( Our host was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee. (Also the WiFi was VERY slow) But we did not let any of that ruin our trip so overall we had a great time! 🌟

Gene and Bunny were amazing from the start of our reservation until the morning we left. The location was amazing. Peaceful, remote and beautiful it was exactly what we needed coming from high stress jobs, the perfect Get away. The only regret we have is that we couldn’t stay longer. For the fishermen in anyone, the fishing was awesome in the pond on sight, huge blue gill one after another to be caught and wild life all around from dear to ducks to even a cow walking up the driveway on the way to the store one early afternoon. There is nothing negative to be said about this place at all, especially if you love nature and the Pure untouched beauty of the Mountains. We will surely come back again to the COZY CABIN IN THE MOUNTAINS.

I will definitely book a stay at this cabin again. We unfortunately wasn’t able to stay for the full weekend due to a back injury the night before we left to come down. We thought it would be sore, but still let us relax and enjoy our time there. Cherokee Lake is minutes away and the area is beautiful. We’ve stayed in several nice cabins, but they’ve never been maintained with the care, and attention to detail this cabin had.

Our family very much enjoyed this beautiful and unique property. The peaceful and cozy cabin provided a wonderful place for us to return each day after visiting local family and friends, and we found the time shared with each other around the fireplace was an added bonus. We will return whenever we’re back in Rogersville! A great experience!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. The view and surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful! The sunrises were stunning. The cabin itself was cozy and delightful with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is an exceptional destination. Absolutely beautiful and the river was very relaxing to hear. The mountains and the animals we saw were an added bonus. It is everything and more than we were hoping for. We will absolutely return.

We stayed here on the way to the Smokys. It’s a clean and cozy cabin with a nice view of the river. Good communication from the host. We would stay here again.

Mike and Jana were amazing! the cabin was exactly how the photos showed. The cabin was hosts reached out and were so welcoming and receptive. the views from the deck are mind blowing! we even got to watch a thrilling lightning storm from the deck by the fire pit. There was only one negative... having to pack and know we had time return to adulting! thank you guys so much, we really needed that.

Sweet little cabin with a lovely view of the river. Amanda even had it all decorated for Christmas! It was super cold during our stay and the cabin stayed nice and toasty warm. Bed was divinely comfortable. Amanda was great to deal with and even left us fresh eggs. A couple of notes for potential guests..the driveway is extremely steep. We have a big 4wd vehicle but a 2wd car might find it challenging. Also FYI, restaurants that serve alcohol are few and far between in the area, so if you are looking for a cocktail with dinner, you will struggle.
