We stayed for five weeks with our three children. The house is beautiful and very good for a larger family to stay. The place was great for our kids as they could play in the garde, on the private beach or the public one close by. Supermarkets etc are close by and it only takes around 20 minutes to drive into central Stockholm Malin and Fredrik where great hosts and always quick and responsive for any questions we might have. I would highly recommend anyone to rent their place.

We had a great time at Joakim‘s cabin. It‘s in a quiet and beautiful area, perfect for small hikes. We were also allowed to lend kajaks and explore the nearby lakes. Would definitely recommend for a cozy getaway!

We boekten het huis van Robert omdat we in de buurt een familiebijeenkomst hadden: het huis en het verblijf waren geweldig! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf een geweldig terras, maar ook vanuit de eetkamer en woonkamer. Ruime slaapkamers voor 5 personen en een prima slaapbank voor nog eens twee personen. Meer dan ruim voorziene keuken, werkelijk alle benodigdheden aanwezig! Maar vooral: een gezellig huis! Daarnaast was Robert zeer attent, nam contact op met de vraag of alles in orde was , maar respecteerde privacy! Voor ons een prima week in een prachtige omgeving! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Underbart hus där man känner historiens vingslag! Flera jättefina bryggor där både gammal och ung njöt av antingen en stilla bok eller vild lek från hopptornen. Vi hade egen båt med vilket kan vara ett stort plus då man lättare kan ta sig omkring i den vackra skärgården. Jättefin bastu med sandstrand som vi nyttjade flitigt. Vi hade underbart väder så var knappt inomhus men jag kan tänka mig att om man har sämre väder skulle uppskatta en modernisering av vardagsrum med fräshare o större soffor o en nyare tv men oss gjorde det ingenting!

We stayed there for a week and loved every day! Very nice location, breathtaking view of the archipelago. Two beaches nearby, where we swam almost every day. Tove and Peter are perfect hosts. We never experienced such a great hospitality staying at an airbnb. Peter also took us on a fishing tour to catch some crawfish. Definitely a strong recommendation.

A beautiful place and super kind host - just as described. Idyllic location with tastefully decorated and well furnished cabin right on the waterfront. We loved exploring with the kayaks and SUPs just at the end of the garden. There is a tiny quiet beach a 2 minute paddle or 5 minute walk, and a fun diving board off the rocks across the bay. Equally perfect for families wanting to enjoy nature (with other nice touches for kids eg. games, trampoline, lifejackets) and for anyone any age wanting to escape and relax.

So peaceful! Amazing place to get away from the city. Great access to forest hikes and to Tyresta National Park. Mi-Si was so helpful and proactive; she made us feel very welcome and even offered use of her canoe! We liked it so much that we decided to stay a few extra days. Takes about 15-20 min to walk to Handen/Haninge shops or station through the forest and it's a beautiful stroll! Thanks Mi-Si, we'd love to come back some time! :)

Our family had a fantastic time at this cosy home. We wandered the forest trails directly behind the house, improved our pizza making skills, and had sauna in the rain. The perfect spring getaway. Alexsander’s home is clean, cosy and well stocked. He was incredibly helpful before, during and after. Thanks again!

WIj komen zeker terug. Het huis van Estelle en de plek voelden als een paradijs. We hebben genoten van alles wat het huis te bieden had. En het uitzicht.... geweldig! Wil je echt eens helemaal even niets? Loskomen van de hectiek. Boek dan het huis van Estelle.

Brilliant long weekend stay. Beautiful cabin right on the water, we made use of the kayaks daily! Amanda was a responsive and friendly host, we would definitely recommend this stunning place.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem echten roten Schwedenhaus. Ein Aufenthalt wie er im Buche steht. Wir durften das Schweden kennenlernen, wie man es sich vorstellt. Und das Haus war genau so, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen, tolle ruhige abgelegene Lage (wenn man diese sucht) und direkt am Meer. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse! Läget var underbart och utsikten var helt magisk. Köket var välutrustat och hade allt vi behövde för att laga mat under helgen. Vi var lite oförberedda på hur mörkt det skulle vara när vi anlände med Waxholmsbåten, så det tog längre tid än väntat att ta oss till huset då vi gick på smala stigar i mörkret. Ett tips till andra gäster är att packa med en pannlampa och stabila skor för sena ankomster. Bastun var härlig, även om den inte var isolerad och därför inte gick att få varmare än 60 grader, men det var inget som påverkade vår upplevelse negativt. Vi hade lite otur med rinnande vatten på grund av ett problem med pumpen, men Madeleine var snabb och hjälpsam i att försöka lösa det, vilket gjorde att vi ändå hade en bra helg. Kylskåpet pep återkommande, men när vi fick veta att vi inte behövde göra något åt det, var det inget större problem. Allt som allt var boendet underbart och och Madeleine var väldigt trevlig, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad

Our large multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this villa and lakehouse property. Herman set up all the rooms according to our needs, including bed configurations, cribs, child-guard gates and multiple child hardware and toys. Herman was so friendly and responsive to our every need, and helped connect us with groceries, restaurants and massages! The property is so beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our family time inside the house, in the yard, and on the water. And we could drive to downtown within 1/2 hour to enjoy Stockholm and Skansen. I would highly recommend this property, and Herman for his wonderful hosting.

This place is a gem! Even better in real life than the photos. We had a very peaceful stay. Perfect spot outside of Stockholm, and so nice to have our own sauna & spot for a cold dip in the water! The house is super clean, just be prepared to climb the ladder to get to the bed. Really lovely hosts & great communication.
