This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

We loved this home! We immediately felt at home when we arrived. The house is stunning and is in a wonderful neighborhood. They had above and beyond touches such as snacks, WiFi signs and a guidebook sign with a QR code that we found very helpful. The kitchen was stocked and we found everything we needed in their home. It’s a beautiful place to walk, and we were able to get parking right out front of the home. This is a great home for a big family as it has lots of space. The outside patio is beautiful and private. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Thank you, Blair and Team!

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our short stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathroom was clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but a quick drive to great food and things to do. We appreciated the snack basket, what a sweet touch!

We booked Stephanie’s place for a wrestling tournament. We had some team members and 2 coaches. It was the perfect size for everyone to have a their own bed and we were able to have a nice home cooked meal before wrestling. We would book again if we come down for another tournament

Good spot for travelers with dogs. Fenced back yard and safe walkable neighborhood. Short drive to Scott’s Addition and Cary St. areas.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

This was a gem of a place in such gorgeous surroundings. It was truly a special experience to have private access to the pool and huge back patio. I appreciate Lesley’s efforts with such a thoughtful and tasteful beach theme throughout this pool house. We enjoyed everything inside and out!

Fantastic accommodations - apartment seemed close to new with plenty of room & private bathroom for each bedroom & big walk-in closets. Nice common area between bedrooms. Great dog park & areas to walk dog. Would definitely stay with Anna again & highly recommend.

Everything was great at the house Anna. We were very pleased with the spacious and comfy house. Just one thing. There was a rain storm Friday night and a tree branch fell onto the top of my son’s roof rack, damaging it. I would definitely check the tree to the left of the driveway where he was parked as I think more are likely to fall. Marilyn

Such a beautiful home! This place was absolutely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. James provided me with ample instructions and lots of great recommendations. Would definitely return without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay at Alveena's place. Free parking, easy check in, good location. Fast wifi, we were able to have work meetings with no issues. The kitchen is well stocked and good for reheating/quick meals.

The place was so clean and Angela was very sweet and very responsive. I will definitely come back another time

I have to say, this house really set the bar for our kids. Great big house, two living room areas, four nice-sized bedrooms. The kids LOVED the games (arcade, shuffleboard) and the kitchen had lots of great extras (salt & pepper, etc). Our dog also had a blast, plenty of space to walk her in the backyard and down the street. We walked down to the Lake, which was available to us but not really a place to hang out. Highly recommend the thrift shops nearby (Plum Pickings, for one). Would absolutely stay here again!

Charming bungalow! Great location on a quiet street in the heart of Carytown and within walking distance to VMFA. Highly recommend this if you are traveling with your dogs - fenced back and yard and covered front porch are great.

This place was an excellent find! It was great for the convention nearby, plenty of places within a walkable distance, the parking was extremely convenient, and Reagan was incredibly helpful as a host. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Leah and her family were so welcoming! Their piece of land is absolutely beautiful. Their horses are gorgeous, and it’s such a great place to have a campfire, cook some good food, rest and relax, and just get away. Spike truly enjoyed running all day, and the home is super homey. What a comfortable bed and very interesting and neat toilet system.😂. Thanks again guys!
