Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber! Thomas war immer erreichbar und hat uns auch mehrere male neues Feuerholz geliefert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und angenehm. Ein kleiner Spaziergang zu den Aussichtstürmen lohnt sich sehr!

Toller Aufenthalt - komme in einer Woche wieder

Tolle Unterkunft mit spektakulärem Blick - wir hatten ein perfektes Wellness Wochenende! Eigenes Auto allerdings empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum entspannen. Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannte Zeit :)!

This is the second time I had stayed in Ute’s apartment whilst on work and it was just as great at the first! Great location a super short walk to the centre of Hannover and really nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Really easy and quick communication with Ute who is really nice and helpful. Would always recommend.

Alles tip top. Sehr schönes helles Studio über den Dächern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wij waren er voor de Hannover Messe met collega's. ideale uitvalsbasis, dichtbij de beurs, veel parking en ook dicht bij de stad je te amuseren 's avonds. Privé zou ik deze locatie zeker ook overwegen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Olafs Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war nicht nur außergewöhnlich sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Aussicht auf den See – einfach herrlich zum Entspannen! Olaf ist ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls ideal: In wenigen Minuten ist man in der charmanten Altstadt von Bad Salzuflen mit ihren hübschen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Cafés. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Olaf!

Eine sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, mit Blick auf jedes Detail. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und schade das ich schon früher abreisen musste. Komme gern wieder!

This was the best place I’ve stayed in Hannover. The apartment was spotless—some of the kitchen appliances looked like they had never even been used. The views from up here are absolutely stunning. One thing that really sets this place apart is the beautiful, modern lobby—something you don’t often find in Hannover—and the convenience of an elevator. The building also has a modern intercom system with a video camera, which made things like ordering food super easy and stress-free. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything you’d want to explore. Inside, the building is very quiet too, and the blackout blinds in the bedroom made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. And Renata, the owner, is truly wonderful—so warm and helpful. She responded to my messages immediately and made me feel completely welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough. My only regret is not staying longer.

Uta's place is perfect for any small family looking to experience the Hanover city center while still being able to find parking easily. Uta is also a super host who is very responsive, whenever she can she will reply to you ASAP. We had a good stay at Uta's place, and I would definitely recommend her place.
