Lora and Billy offer a beautiful, spotless home in a convenient location. My family enjoyed staying here to attend my graduation at UNA. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with lots to do in the surrounding area. Lora and Billy were excellent hosts. We would love to stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

Beautiful house! Exceeded our expectations for spring break with my boys. The quiet neighborhood in the woods was perfect for marshmallow roasting over a fire, under the stars. Walking distance to the state park. Easy drive to Shiloh. Great fishing. We took a chance on Tennessee for vacation...turned out better than spring break on a crowded beach.

This place is outstanding! Pretty much right on the water beautiful all around. Even saw about 10 deer in her yard both nights. Super comfortable beds as well as great communication. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place with a great and responsive host

Wonderful lake house for our Father’s Day weekend. Everything was amazing from the comfy beds and great views and access to lake. We would absolutely stay again!!

We loved our weekend stay at Kathryn’s place! It was our first getaway in soooo long and the peaceful surroundings were great! We didn’t catch any fish but did have a wonderful place to rest and relax. I was nervous at first because I’ve never been in a place on “stilts” as I called them but we felt safe and secure. The whole place was adorable and we definitely plan to stay again when in Savannah on our next fishing trip to Pickwick.

I love the cabin. It was easy to find it. It was close enough to the town I had to go to.

This place is just absolutely gorgeous. The views from the living room, main and 2nd bedrooms are fantastic; only topped by the views from the deck. The tram is a huge plus. It would have been difficult for our older and younger guests to get down to the water without it. Once down by the water, the sunning deck above to boat slips is wonderful. All in all, we had a great Labor Day weekend.

Great stay!! This is a great location and is close to the water and local restaurants.. space is very comfortable.

We enjoyed our family getaway for Christmas at Shady Days. Beverly was efficient with communication and check in and out was super easy! The property was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. A Christmas tree was in the living area that helped set the mood for our stay in addition to Christmas placemats on the table. Such a nice extra touch!!! The area is quiet and the neighbors were always friendly ,with a wave, when we walked. We felt safe and comfortable and we left renewed with energy for the new year. We definitely would stay again on this property.
