Anna's place was great. We needed a place to stay within close distance to the maryland state fairgrounds for a dog show. It was easy to find, with a driveway big enough to fit multiple cars. The backyard was big and well maintained - our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs, the house itself was spacious - beds were comfy.

Moya is responsive and pleasant her place was extremely clean, smart appliances, decor top notch and inviting. Photos of space and amenities are super accurate. Quiet historic family neighborhood, walkable, convenience to major highways for quick access to explore baltimore county/city. Fully stocked kitchen and complimentary beverages to quench your thirst and relax. Rear parking pad & covered deck is an additional privacy benefit. If you get the chance, book it!

Everything was very good bdrm, 2 baths, waterfront! Dock to fish from! love the Morning/all day room for us. We enjoyed fishing and Bird watching, Eagles and Osprey among other, I know why the call it Bird River! Will definitely stay again. Hosts were very understanding of our changing plans, quick response times!

Super beautiful surroundings. Comfy indoors with plenty of space. Plenty of locations on property to sit and enjoy the view. Quiet and Peaceful.

Carlene home was beautiful very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I was a little hesitant knowing part of the property was gonna be occupied but that wasn’t an issue at all. We had privacy and it was secure. I would definitely stay again l.

Nia’s place felt just like home! Very spacious and beautiful. Great space for large families. Very clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

Great home and perfect location for brining along the in-laws for an Inner Harbor weekend! House had everything and more…quiet, safe neighborhood…comfy beds and linens. Kitchen had enough of what you need for just a place to stay. We really enjoyed our time!

i booked this trip @ last minute-really needed to "get outa Dodge." Damien responded immediately and he got everything ready in short time. the tiney was modern & clean BUT was also warm & cozy! The place was well stoked w/all the necessary items, plus an extra special welcome gift. A bright beautiful bouquet of full red roses caught my eye immediately as the host had them laying on a big pretty round leather LR table which i saw first when entering room and then i noticed some bagged snacks and a nice bottle of wine which was delicious by the way!

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family loved staying here. We had my 3-month old and my sister brought her 8-month old so we were looking for a place that could keep everyone entertained in one location and this place did just that! We enjoyed bird watching, collecting rocks on the beach, swimming in the heated pool, and watching the sunset from the hot tub in the evenings. This was also the first time I could say that the listing looked better in person than the pictures. Thank you Joni for letting us stay here! We made some amazing memories!

The house and surroundings were just as described in the listing. We were looking last minute for a location for a small weekend reunion of our immediate family (including our dog), and Will and Anita’s house worked perfectly for us. A beautiful house with nice decor and lots of space for our party of seven. Will was a great host and very responsive to all our questions and requests. Highly recommend.

This sweet retreat was the perfect spot to host our recent girls’ reunion. We have been friends since grade school and we were looking for a central spot to meet up and explore a new city. Lia’s home was perfect for our group. We had not seen each other in 9 years between the pandemic and having kids/life changes. Lia catered to all our needs and provided the best recommendations for a relaxing, restorative weekend. She shared the best local eateries and sightseeing spots. I can’t recommend the harbor enough! Lia put us in touch with a local yoga instructor that we invited to the house for a special session and sound bath experience and her exterior space was easily transformed into a zen yoga studio for our session. We used every amenity and soaked up every ounce of what this charming home and flex space had to offer. Do not hesitate if you are considering this rental! You will not regret it. So many thanks to Lia for providing a home away from home for me and my besties!

The place was extremely well maintained extremely clean. Everything was there for us to use stock with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. can’t believe it was so nice. He communicated with me very well and was more than willing to provideus with anything that we needed the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Also neighbors was friendly would recommend to anyone who just wants to get away. and another thing we also had pets and the huge backyard was perfect for them. I must say thank you very much.

Very neat spot, easy parking, easy access, and very walkable. The train right next door was a novel thing, it woke us up at night but we still all enjoyed it. Definitely take advantage of walking the water pathway when here!

Efetobore was kind, thoughtful and was immediately responsive with any concerns I had during My stay. The place was the perfect fit. It had all the amenities I needed for the length of time I stayed there. The outside area was nice and a private space to just enjoy the weather and have a cup of coffee. I plan on being in the same area next year and I’ll definitely be booking with him again.
