The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

O’s Barn Cabin offers a simple and unique way of relaxing in rustic fashion! Our pet friendly tiny home is 532 sq. ft of open space and country character. The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

Secluded "Heaven": soaker tub, sauna, sunset view

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

Why not hide away at Woodland Fox? Spring is a lovely time on our peaceful 20 acres; only 3 mi off Hwy 63. The guest suite is ideal for multiple guests; 4 beds & 2 full baths. NO CLEANING FEE! You’ll have the entire lower-level to yourselves to enjoy the comforts of home. Sleep deep with comfy covers—oh, so clean—breakfast ingredients are supplied in fridge. To offset “no cleaning fee” $10 /guest per night--added for each guest after 3rd. (Closed for MARCH 2026 for my ankle surgery. Ouch!)

The Katy Trail Carriage House

Such a tranquil and serene apartment in the lovely town of Rocheport. Only two blocks away from the Trail as well as Meriwether Cafe! You will not be disappointed with this location and amenities. A lovely bedroom and kitchenette with private bath.. A nice place inside for your bicycles in the attached converted garage / living space. (Separate from bedroom) . Light breakfast options include breakfast bar, oatmeal, nut/fruit packet, coffee, tea, juice.PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

Charming tiny home - Nova’s House

Reconnect with nature at this tiny home on a working horse facility. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio, starting a fire in the fire pit, or watching deer and turkey wander by. If you are so inclined to interact with horses, we offer both riding and ground lessons for beginners to advanced - Maplewood Farm has been in business for almost 30 years! Located just 5 miles from Fulton, MO and only 20 miles from Columbia, MO and easy access to I70 and Hwy 54

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Dripping Creek Cabin

Dripping Creek Cabin is a nice getaway between Fowler and Middle Branch creeks. Come walk the creek and dip if the water is up, get in the hot tub, or just walk the hills and valley. It's not far from both Columbia and Jefferson City as well as nature areas outside Hartsburg and Ashland. No ATVs allowed! There are trails north of I-70 in the Finger Lakes area if you’re looking for a place. Inquire about longer stays by message!

The WhiteHorse Guest House

The WhiteHorse Guest House! Come enjoy this lovingly restored 1895 home on the National Register of Historic Places, located in the heart of historic Rocheport, Missouri. The home is filled with American country antiques and hooked rugs. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a fully functional kitchen, patio and new hot tub. The home is blocks away from the Katy Trail, shops and restaurants.
