Right on the seafront in St Leonards, this cosy, stylish apartment has bold colour, mid-century touches and a relaxed, boutique feel. Seconds from the beach, Goat Ledge and independent cafés, it’s a perfect retreat for sunrise swims, coastal walks and exploring St Leonard’s and Hastings restaurants, vintage shops, galleries and music scene. Like many old seafront buildings, the shared hallway is a bit tired and awaiting improvements, but the flat itself is spotless, secure and exactly as shown.

It's laid out in boho-chic style, bare floorboards, rugs, open plan, etc. It's a very comfortable space and place to relax in. A wonderful antidote to city life...a few minutes here and you're relaxed.
