Loved Rory's place. Great for just me and my dog. Quiet, tucked into a private corner of a nice neighborhood steps to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, etc! Has everything you need for a short stay and cannot be beat for the price! Also enjoyed meeting the neighborhood deer!

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

This was a great place to stay! So peaceful and a great location overall. The host, Noreen, was very responsive and kind. Would recommend!

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

Nancy was an extraordinary host! Her condo was cozy and the surroundings absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the sound of the sea breeze at night and enjoyed hanging out at the beach during the day, just steps from her place. It was a very relaxing stay! Even after we left, Nancy went above and beyond by mailing us an item we left behind. 100% would recommend this condo for its comfortable atmosphere, serene surroundings and its wonderful host!

Melissa is a great host with an adorable studio!! The place was clean and peaceful. We loved how close it was to the water and how easy it was to zip up and down Hwy 12 from it. Melissa was easy to reach out to, super kind, and set us up for a perfect weekend! We would rent again if we come back to the area :)

Carrie's place was perfect for a long weekend away for two! Loved the space, the king size bed, the welcome snacks, and most importantly, the proximity to the beach!!

We loved our stay at the beach! We even got to view the northern lights from the deck. Pretty close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen supplies, pet friendly - although our dog stayed at home this time. We love the location and would like to stay again. Marsha, was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

Bay breeze was a great home base for our fishing trip! The downstairs patio was wonderful and the house was beautiful and had plenty of space!

We LOVED our stay at 3 Angel's Haven! This was our second time around and once again, Nicky could not have been nicer. There are six of us - three couples - so the room layout, each with its own bathroom, works perfectly for us. A short walk and we're at the beach. A short drive and we have our choice of restaurants, grocery, and fun, outdoor activities. We choose to come to Avon in the winter for a quieter vacation and we're coming from Wisconsin, so the colder temps were still 30 degrees warmer than home. We will be back.

Our family and pets loved staying here. The home was beautiful and the fenced in yard made it so convenient with kids and dogs. and the husband could just fish right off the pier. The host even let us check in early. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Timothy’s place was excellent. The weather was terrible during our stay due to a tropical storm, but the beautiful house made up for the weather. Timothy has thoroughly thought of every detail in the home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a great outdoor space. There were plenty of televisions to keep everyone happy given the weather. The hot tub is frequently serviced and clean. It has a very nice outdoor tub as well. The outdoor showers are beautiful and well designed. He has hoses on every level to minimize tracking sand into the house. We felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. Very responsive host. Timothy definitely cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. We would come back and recommend this house.

Our long weekend stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have for the beach! The walk to the beach was a little confusing at first, but once we found the right path it was very quick. Overall we loved our stay, especially the sleepover environment with the loft!

It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we LOVED IT! This house was exactly right for our family of five. They are still talking about ping pong and the retro arcade table! The bunk beds were great for our boys. Location was perfect for us. Walkable to mini golf, go karts, adventure park (a must do), beach, ice cream and restaurants. It was clean and cozy and we definitely will be planning a return trip!

Clean space within walking distance to not only the pool but also the beach which was awesome for the kids! Definitely bring a wagon for the beach goodies and cooler to camp out with the waves for the day. The outdoor shower was awesome for keeping sand out and rinsing things off before putting them back in the car!

Great communications! Good instructions. They were very responsive to a couple of texts I sent. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable.

The condo and oceanfront balcony were wonderful for myself and 94 yr old mother. Check in was a breeze and settled right in. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The “desk” was great for my mother that enjoys doing puzzles and coloring books. The condo was comfortable and the beds were too. Joe was always very responsive when needed. We will definitely be coming back. Great condo with a beautiful oceanfront balcony.

It was especially clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was efficient with new appliances and granite counters. The bathroom also had granite counters. It too, was an efficient use of space with storage. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, the ferry, and shopping. The property has a pool, too. We enjoyed the walking paths around the property that wind around a marsh area. Office staff is on hand to answer questions.

We were very happy with the stay. The condo was fantastic. I would definitely stay again!

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!

Quiet and relaxing. Very clean and private. The host was nearby and very friendly but gave us privacy. Had fun meeting her doggies and the neighbors’ chickens.

Andrea’s place was gorgeous and perfect for our trip. The views are beautiful—it exceeded our expectations from the photos! The windows are big and overlook the harbor. The location is also great and a short walk to most restaurants and shops. We would definitely consider returning!
