This was a great rental for our family’s first trip to the Outer Banks. We brought our three young kids and dog; everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the short 10 minute walk to the ocean. Michael was a great host! Will definitely plan on staying here again!

We had no issues while staying at Alex’s place. Alex responded in a timely manner to any questions that I had. Clean, comfortable, and cozy would describe it. Mini pool was ready and the hot tub was enjoyable. Plenty of sight seeing things are 20-40 minutes away. We had bikes delivered right to the door and enjoyed that. Beaches are great and so was the off road beaches. Homes are spaced apart enough that there’s enough room. The neighbors dog is sweet and playful and we enjoyed that. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Barbara was a fabulous host! She had great communication and was very responsive. The house was great - clean and exactly what we were looking for. We’re looking forward to booking a future stay!

Staying at Ryan's place was easy from start to finish. The house is located in an excellent location, two blocks to the beach, and adjacent to all things Avon. It's roomy enough, has great deck space, and is has fresh modern design. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Ryan was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We'll rent again here for sure!

We had an awesome stay! The place was clean and cozy. It was just minutes from a quiet beach. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly. We had no issues during our stay. This was a lovely place and It was our first time staying in The Outer Banks!

Tami’s place is just awesome! The tree lined driveway to privacy was so nice. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 1 child. Views are absolutely stunning! Sunset is just awesome. Had so many things to do with games, bikes, beach chairs, cornhole, kayaks, toys for the kids and plenty more. Outdoor space was amazing as well with a private little entrance to the bay. Just an amazing overall experience and we are already looking at dates for our next trip!

Our family had the most amazing stay at the Otter House!! The location was perfect! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the views of the sound are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking down the beautiful docks to take in the stunning views and sunsets!! The house itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, and immaculate making our stay so comfortable. From the well-stocked kitchen (they have thought of everything you could ever need!), to such comfortable beds with beautiful bedding in each room, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We loved waking up to the beautiful views and having coffee on the back deck! The kids loved the game room, and hot tub!! The owners were the best, and made us feel so welcomed! We would give this home and owners more than 5 stars if we could! Best experience and stay, we will absolutely be back!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family!!

Great place to stay, easy access to the beach and so close to everything.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

This house has a nice set up. Our group had a wonderful time. The great room is open and bright, and has a stunning view of the ocean. We hung out there most of the day. This house is right next to the pier which makes it quite unique a find. So, needless to say, we will be back.

Seventh Heaven was the perfect vacation spot for my dad to take us (adult) kids and grandchildren to stay! We had everything we could ever need for making home meals in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens, extra blankets. Pictures do not even do this place justice! It’s beautiful. So spacious, and lots of room to spread out and separate when needed. Lookout, game room, pool & hot tub were excellent!! Had so much fun! Beach access was easy and right over the dune. Will recommend every time I can for an OBX vacation. 😍😍😍 We can’t thank you enough Theresa!

We used this for two couples and a toddler on spring break. It was perfect. Chill, spacious, and well cared for, the whole house made for a relaxing getaway for all of us.

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

When the app says that Mariano is a superhost, they are right on the money! This property is beautiful, well stocked, very spacious and just lovely! This home is beautiful. The layout provides privacy and lots of opportunities to spend time together as a family. There were many extras that made us feel so at home: tons of spices and a fully stocked kitchen, beach cart, chairs, etc. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning listening to the ocean. In the evening you can see the sunset over the sound of walk less than five minutes to a park and watch it hit the horizon. Sarah and Victor were quick to respond and clearly put together a space with guests in mind. Plus the most comfortable beds in any vacation property I've ever used!

Lauren’s place was GORGEOUS! Lots of amenities and a great location. I first had chose this place for a vacation, which shortly lead to my fiancé and I getting married. I kept this airbnb to house my friends who were flying in from various places and they said nothing but great things about their stay. Thanks again Lauren for keeping my friends and I comfortable. Longacres is a special place. It’s definitely rustic and my teenagers weren’t excited at first. But when it was time to go home, they didn’t want to leave. The outdoor shower and sleeping porch are amazing. My husband and I used them in all weather from the 70s to the 40s. The electric blanket kept us cozy on even the coldest nights. Staying at Longacres felt like glamping. You might have to deal with a few wasps or spiders, or you might run into some cobwebs. But the birds singing you awake every morning, the sun shining in through the tree, the wind whispering in the pines, and the blue sky over head during a shower make those bugs and cobwebs totally worth it! The location was a great jumping off point for all OBX adventures. Anne was a responsive host and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I hope we get to come back again sometime!

My sweetheart and I traveled to Frisco for a long weekend away with our small dog and found Taylor’s place to be exactly what we were hoping for. We loved the fact that it is back on a quiet cul-de-sac in the trees, and we are not staring at other houses because we tend to like to be in nature and not around a lot of people. this space was perfect for the two of us, and felt much bigger than it looked because of the high ceilings, skylights, and nice clean surroundings. It was lovely to have an outdoor shower shower with warm, running water this time of year to wash our feet off, and I loved how they had even a little ceiling fan over the bed. The large couch was so comfortable to lounge on when we weren’t at the beach, and we found everything quite peaceful. It had a decent fridge and we brought a little cook stove with us so we could have espresso and eggs on the beach in the mornings. Lovely weekend, Taylor, thank you!
