Absolutely stunning spot! The views were amazing right from the living room and deck. The kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our two nights there. Took advantage of the hot tub. Julls was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay. Close to bus stops and easy to get around without a car. Awesome hosts, even getting the place ready for earlier than expected check in. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

Iain’s place was the perfect base camp for a first time visit to Auckland! The location was extremely walkable with Sky Tower being a couple of blocks away and only a 10 minute walk to the ferries/harbor. The apartment itself was clean from top to bottom. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and comfortable. The washer + dryer were super convenient to keep things clean after day tours or beach time. Although I didn’t use the kitchen extensively, it had everything you would need for self sufficient meal prep. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance so you can’t go wrong. Small note - if you are visiting during a NZ holiday be aware that the place you pick your access card up from could be closed depending on when your flight lands. I made it there about 15 minutes before they planned on closing (would check with host on this prior to arrival). I highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Auckland. Loved the apartment! It looks exactly as the pictures. It is very comfortable, has looks of space and is beautifully decorated. I also loved having 2 balconies and the washing/drying machine was an added bonus and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the different types of pillows. It was also very quiet, so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. I also felt very safe in the apartment. In the evenings you can only access the building with your key fob. You also need it to get access to the elevator. So this made me feel very safe, especially while traveling alone. I had great communication with Hannah. She always replied fast and I also really loved the video she sent a few days before check-in showing how to access the apartment and different details of the apartment. That is a great idea! Will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Loved it!

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

My partner and I loved staying here in beautiful Tairua! We just wished we could stayed longer. Julia made us feel right at home and we loved the special touches such as breakfast and snacks. We hope to be back again!

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Such a clean and cozy place to stay! Host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had the best stay! Definitely would book here again :)

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

Séjour paradisiaque ! Idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau. Environnement fabuleux ! Voisinage calme. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Nous serions volontiers rester quelques jours de plus , ne serait-ce que pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin en regardant la mer 😊

Sandra's apartment was a perfect little haven for our stay! It was impeccably clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few nights. Great location, just a few minutes walk from many harbourfront restaurants, cafés and bars and great to have the sunrooms overlooking the water Kim was brilliant, helpful and fast to communicate and we had a great stay The included Gym and Pool are 30 seconds walk from the apartment and that was a bonus Thanks, Kim

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Well appointed apartment with central London vibe. Comfortable beds and great location, close to the Viaduct restaurants. We enjoyed the tennis court and rooftop pool. Superb communication and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

What an awesome property. So fresh and new feeling. Larger than the pictures show. Very quiet, beautiful view of the bay. Large patio, awesome hot tub. Great location, walkable, close bus stop with amazing service. Kay was a fantastic host, always available and very helpful.
