Everything here is new—from the deck and outdoor area to the thoughtfully designed interiors—offering a serene escape that feels both private and connected to nature. Come stay at this family-friendly home and luxuriate in the private spa! It Includes a 4 person sauna, ice bath, and a hot tub! Also comes with 2 paddle boards, 6 bodyboards, 2 cruiser bikes, & 3 kayaks. The sleepout has its own bathroom, and is ideal for multigenerational families and groups. Located a 5 min walk to the estuary and a 5 min drive to Omaha and Matakana. Also features two gyms, including a running treadmill, ski erg, and a yoga studio complete with dumbells and other accessories.
