We stayed in the home for 7 days. Gabriel meet us upon arrival and showed us all we needed to know. The home is in a great location. Great restaurants and patisseries nearby. Its a short walk to Luxembourg gardens and close to the metro. The home was so private with its own beautiful courtyard. The home is even nicer in person. Hopefully i will make it back to Paris and would love to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous sommes venus pour découvrir Paris en famille. Nous avons utilisé les Uber taxi pour les déplacements très pratiques et pas excessif niveau tarif Le logement correspond à l'annonce et le système sans clé est aussi très pratique

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad, onze kinderen hebben vaak kunnen zwemmen en we konden in de tuin zitten en dineren. De kat en schildpadden kwamen regelmatig langs. In het huis kun je alles vinden wat je nodig hebt. Sophia is heel aardig en reageert heel snel. Het huisje is niet groot (zoals je ook op de foto’s kunt zien) en is best gehorig, de kids werden wakker als mijn man koffie ging zetten, maar daar hebben we later iets voor bedacht, het koffiezetapparaat in de badkamer zetten :) wij hebben ontzettend genoten en het weer was prachtig

Je viens de passer une semaine dans le logement, j ai ete acceuillit par le papa d Axelle sociable sourrire chaleureux et tres clair sur les intructions, la petite maison etait propre et bien equipee, la cour interieure est un + ainsi que l emplacement pour garer son vehicule. Je recommande vivement ce bien. Je ne comprends pas du tout les deux avis negatifs sur 57, je pense que ses personnes sont vraiment de mauvaise fois. Gros Merci Axelle pour ce bien exceptionnel a prix raisonnable.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

We had a lovely stay Friday to Sunday at François apartment. We only really used the apartment as a base to explore Paris and for somewhere to sleep, the apartment was clean and well equipped and had good local transport links. It takes about 30-40mins to get into central paris by bus. Bus 72 will take you right by the Eiffel tower and bus 52 takes you to Arc de Triomphe. François was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Thank you François

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

A perfect place to stay in Paris!!! Cecil is a super great host, so kind and responsive. The location is wonderful, safe and close to many interesting places in a walking distance. Actually can’t wait to come back to this specific place 😊 Thanks for all your flexibly and kindness 🙏🏼

Très bon séjour dans le logement de Charlotte. Appartement dans quartier très calme, plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité, intermarché à 2min à pied. Petit jardin privatif pour les habitants de l'immeuble. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire indispensable pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage que certains vacanciers ne respectent pas les lieux et dégradent le matériel mis à disposition. Literie vraiment confortable. Je ne pense pas avoir déjà aussi bien dormi dans un canapé lit.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

The apartment was in a great location close to many restaurants and bakeries. It was about a 5 min walk to the Parc De Princes. The apartment was very private and secured, very clean. Close to a metro and easy to get around the city of Paris. Christelle was very responsive and met us at check in to show us around the complex and how to use the appliances. Highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Paris

Host was great. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and a nice area of Paris. I really can’t say anything but positives about the host and the apartment. We had a wonderful time.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

Un sejour pro de 4 jours pour nous très intense.. et quel bonheur de retrouver chez Sophie et Sébastien ce calme .. à 25 min à pied de La Défense! Une petit coin avec tout le nécessaire! ( excepté les fameuses places de parking parisiennes 🤪, mais Sophie nous l’avait annoncé en amont.) Une excellente literie, une vaste douche et tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour..à deux pas de Paris! J’ai pu échanger avec Sophie et Sebastien qui ont été très accueillants! Merci pour tout!!! Au plaisir!

Excellent séjour dans l appartement de Nadjib. Logement très propre, très bien équipé, une vue incroyable sur Paris et un emplacement au top (rue calme mais proche de quartiers animés !). Je le recommande très fortement ! De plus, la communication est facile, fluide et rapide avec Nadjib. Merci encore !
