Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Hauts-de-Seine

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohnquartier. Im Quartier ist ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Spielplatz usw. vorhanden. Es sieht alles sehr schön aus. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Paris, man braucht insgesamt ca. 45-50 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Es ist ein Umstieg erforderlich. Aber das war uns bewusst. Im Quartier selbst konnte man nach den Unternehmungen wunderbar den Abend ausklingen lassen mit Abendessen und/oder was trinken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und hat eine gute Ausstattung, ein Duschvorhang bei der Wanne wäre gut gewesen, da es keine separate Dusche gibt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage rundet das Angebot ab. Die Kommunikation mit Charles verlief reibungslos, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great host, great location, great flat

Le séjour dans l'appartement de Maurice était plus qu'incroyable, nous étions 2 et l'appartement est idéal, spacieux, fonctionnel et confortable. Je ne pourrais que recommander le logement, idéalement placé tout est à votre disposition ! Merci encore.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien situé, en plein centre du Batignolle , ce qui rend tout accessible à pied. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et vraiment agréable à vivre. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé, je recommande chaleureusement !merci Camila.

Luci stands out as the most helpful, friendly and communicative host I have EVER stayed with. As a solo female traveler it felt so reassuring for her to reach out proactively and give me lots of tips and detailed insight on her apartment and the neighborhood. Whenever I had a question she was always quick to respond and was super thorough. I can tell just how much she cares about the experience people have when they stay with her. Her apartment was super close to public transportation and grocery stores. The place itself was spotless and looked newly remodeled with lots of helpful appliances and amenities. I was able to cook lovely meals in her decked out kitchen and eat them on her terrace. While she's only on the second floor having an elevator also was a bonus. And I felt extra safe and secure knowing the door to her building had a security code. The building was peaceful and calm. I am super grateful to Luci for a great stay!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung auf 2 Etagen, die sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Vor allem die kleine Terrasse im Innenhof ist ein Highlight. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, kann man in der Nähe im Parkhaus parken und für Ausflüge ist eine Metro-Station und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es nette Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour chez Lara. L'appartement était confortable propre et rangé. L'emplacement est idéal pour une visite à Paris; loin de l'agitation urbaine tout en étant facile d'accès avec le Rer. Le jardin fût un atout pour nous. Lara est une hôte agréable et disponible. Nous vous la recommandons chaleureusement.

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a wonderful location need shops and restaurants. Uber rides were only 20 to 30 min from the major attractions. Highly recommend for families.

Great place & location, a bit further out of the city but easily accessible & the area itself was lovely with stuff nearby to wander to in the event. House was lovely & perfect for what we needed, felt very safe.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Guillaume. Le logement était propre, situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire très calme. La description de la maison était conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, à proximité des points d'intérêt que nous souhaitions visiter sur Paris. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Celeste was extremely accomodating and kind, providing us with a Moses basket and bath for our baby too which we are very greatful for. Great location for monmartre. The projector was a great addition! Highly recommend.

Logement agréable dans un quartier très paisible et à proximité du bus et du tram. L'accès au jardin et le parking gratuit dans la rue sont vraiment appréciables. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous recommandons.

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

Youness est très réactif et disponible au moment de l’arrivée pour répondre aux quelques questions pour faciliter la prise en main de l’appartement. L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable, cuisine très fonctionnelle, la chambre agréable .. bref rien à redire. Merci encore !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Séjour parfait ! Le studio est tres bien équipé, parfaitement entretenu et au calme dans une residence recente de Boulogne Jean Jaurés. Le lit est de plus trés confortable :-) Les instructions d Adriana etaient parfaitement claires, aucun souci pour arriver sur les lieux meme tardivement. Je reviendrai !

호스트의 감각이 잘 묻어나는 멋진 공간입니다. 두 개의 침실과 두 개의 화장실 그리고 넓은 거실이 갖추어져 있고 무엇보다 거실 옆의 서재 공간이 마음이 들었습니다. (예술 관련 책이 꽂혀진 책장과 책상 그리고 피아노가 있습니다) 그리고 주방이 조리도구와 식기들이 수준급으로 갖추어져 있어서 집에서도 훌륭한 식사가 가능했습니다. 저는 집에 오는 길에 에펠탑을 보면서 걸을 수 있어서 특히 좋았습니다. 저의 경우는 겨울이라 테라스를 이용하지 못했지만, 식사 공간이 갖춰진 테라스도 이 집의 장점이라고 생각합니다. 거실과 방마다의 큰 창을 통해 파리의 아침과 저녁 풍경을 보는 즐거움도 존재합니다. 또한 샤워시설도 난방시설도 모두 작동이 잘 되고 조절도 수월합니다. 마지막으로 이렇게 이야기하고 싶습니다. 여행이란 기본적으로 피곤할 수 밖에 없는 것인데, 저녁마다 집에서 잘 쉬어서 피로가 누적되지 않고 매일 좋은 컨디션으로 시작할 수 있었던 것이 이 집에 가장 고마운 점입니다. 다시 파리에 온다면 이 집에 머물고 싶습니다 :)

Un sejour pro de 4 jours pour nous très intense.. et quel bonheur de retrouver chez Sophie et Sébastien ce calme .. à 25 min à pied de La Défense! Une petit coin avec tout le nécessaire! ( excepté les fameuses places de parking parisiennes 🤪, mais Sophie nous l’avait annoncé en amont.) Une excellente literie, une vaste douche et tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour..à deux pas de Paris! J’ai pu échanger avec Sophie et Sebastien qui ont été très accueillants! Merci pour tout!!! Au plaisir!
