This property is located in a residential neighborhood for you to conveniently explore the East side including several black sand beaches, hikes to tide pools & waterfalls near Hilo & Volcanoes National Park. Birds songs can be heard in the day & coqui frog chirps at night.

This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

A truly unique house built directly on top of an ancient lava flow. Unlike all other houses in the area, a tractor did not level the lava to build a structure. The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.
