This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience ute’s, tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience.

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.
