Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Beautiful cabin on Hayden Lake. There are 2 king beds, 4 bunks and 1 deluxe queen sofa sleeper. It has 3 bedrooms plus the open room with the sofabed which is like a den/TV room where the downstairs bathroom is located. The cabin comfortably sleeps 9 with 3 full baths and bonus-nice office desk/space for remote work! Has A/C & heat, a well stocked kitchen & BBQ grill. Nice large dock, boat slip/2 jet-ski ports! Spacious decks, high-speed Internet & Wi-Fi. Right on the water!

Fully equipped for a short or long stay on exclusive Hayden Lake. Starlink WiFi. Ample parking.
