Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. You could not ask for a better host or a more perfectly appointed place to lay your head. The kitchen is spectacular. The beds are comfortable. The living room is welcoming and the screened in porch is truly exceptional. You cannot pick a better place to stay and you’re so close to a Trader Joe’s and shopping that you can get anything you need. AND the bluebird Café and so many other great things are a quick ride away. It’s really easy to get a Lyft or an Uber, so don’t be afraid to stay here and head downtown!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

Ethan was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The house was very clean upon check in. The location of the house is great - about 10 mins away from broadway so it makes getting an uber/lyft easy. We had a great time!!

Everything was amazing. Not too far from activities. Easily accessible right off the highway. Place was clean, organized and very homey. We had 6 guests stay there and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Awesome rental with lots of space and amenities. Would love to stay here if we ever visit Nashville again!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Cute, cozy & clean cottage. We saw a friendly herd of deer as we left. Navigating the driveway took skill to turn our compact car; the video helped. We walked the boardwalk from the Mallard Point Park in Hendersonville to Moby Dicks for delicious seafood and friendly service.

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

This was our second stay at Stuart's cabin and certainly won't be the last! There's nothing better than waking up to the sound of the peaceful creek and birds chirping. We only stayed one night, but could comfortably stay much longer. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy nature. Stuart is a fantastic and thoughtful host and goes above and beyond to create such a cozy space. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

I had some trouble with the key lock box and Mark & Amanda were able to respond right away. I did not end up needing their assistance after all, but just knowing they were able to respond so quickly was wonderful

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We made a lot of memories at the cabin! It’s perfect for a family retreat. Room for 7 people comfortably.
