The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Recently renovated in-law unit in the back garden of main home, with a private entrance and access to outside laundry room. Spacious garden so guests have privacy. I have chickens that are out in the daytime, 2 cats and one small dog. They do not go into the studio often and it is kept clean.
