The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). It has a double bedroom, walk in shower room, living, dining and kitchen. There is a smart tv and fibre WiFi. Well behaved dogs are welcome. From the doorstep there are many countryside walks and not to far away is the bustling market town of Masham with the well known Black Sheep and Theakston Breweries

Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

Luxury super king/twin beds, log burner and beautiful interiors await. Enjoy walking trails direct from the door or explore the many sights of Yorkshire from this central location.
