Simon was extremely helpful as soon as we booked. He provided very concise directions and communicated with us well. He was helpful with flexible check-in too. Simon welcomed us on arrival but had provided us with all the information we needed for the key safe should he not be in. The flat was lovely, very spacious, comfy and well equipped. Simon's home is situated in a very beautiful area, close to Holmfirth with its many bars, vibrant night life, eateries and shops and also the surrounding countryside too.

Lovely village though through traffic could be noisy. Double glazing on windows which were a great help. Co op near by and so was railway station to Leeds. Surrounding area s beautiful.

Frank's place was really great and felt like a home away from home, all of the ameneties were excellent and the recommendations were all really good. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Simply put we have stayed at many Air bnbs in this country and abroad and this has been our favourite... Really couldn't have asked for any more. Can't reccomend enough and we can't wait to go back. ❤️

I’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Joanne’s appartment . It’s stylishly decorated and in a beautiful location. I found it very relaxing and peaceful and could have looked at the view from the living room window for hours ! Communication was great as were the amenities.

Had a wonderful stay at The Bunker in Holmfirth. Di the host, made me feel welcome and kept in touch throughout ensuring all our needs were met on arrival. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The balcony terrace was a lovely feature to sit out on and enjoy the afternoon sunshine whilst listening to the birdsong all around. The balcony was adorned with blossoming clematis which made it extra special. The property is close to the village centre around a 10 min walk making it ideal for attending events at the picturedome. I would happily return for another stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Stayed here during early May and it was absolutely lovely! Wonderful views in every direction and more local walks than you can possibly do in a weekend! Simon was also lovely and happily offered to get the bbq out if requested. If you enjoy nice walks and great scenery this place is a no brainer + the old farmhouse aesthetic of the building is beautiful, cannot recommend enough!

Had a fantastic stay in Hebden. The property is so homely and feels like a really authentic experience. There are two main walks into town - a scenic waterside route along the canal and a fantastic one along the main road which takes you past a lot of local homes with displays in the window. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

Only stayed for one night. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay longer

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Thank you for having us & thank you so much for all the tasty treats!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The appartment is great, it has everything you need. It's nice and quiet and within a couple of minutes walking distance from the centre. I had a great time.

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

C’est le deuxième séjour chez Phil est tout était parfait comme lors de notre premier séjour,Phil est très réactif pour régler le moindre problème et c’est très appréciable en plus nous avons eu du beau temps toute la semaine ce qui est d’autant plus agréable. Nous recommandons à tous ce logement pour un séjour parfait dans le Yorkshire.
