Ian’s place was stunning in every aspect from the cleanliness right down to the location. This Air BnB is a real gem and perfect for exploring The Lake District. Ian is a good host who answered all of our questions. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. Would highly recommend a stay in this Air BnB, we will definitely return.

This place was incredible the decor was beautiful 😍 it was done so tastefully super impressed with the place. From the lighting to the furniture to the hot tub and sauna it was all amazing...the garden area was beautiful and the area had some nice food places really impressed would highly recommend. The host was friendly,responsive and very helpful also.

We booked very last minute and received response re booking and checking in within minutes. Check in is with key box by the door only thing I would say is all the other key boxes have the number on the outside but this one is blank and the number is inside the flap. Anthony kept in touch during our stay with messages. The apartment was in The Bay where we have stayed before and we found it to be comfortable and quiet for a few days break away. The bed was very comfortable with good bed linen and the rainwater shower in the bathroom was very good. The little welcome pack of tea bags coffee 2 biscuits and small washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, jey cloth and sponge was a useful addition. The apartment is minutes away from the main road from Bridlington to Scarborough(no road noise at all in or outside the apartment) and is very convenient for exploring the east coast or Yorkshire wolds. Filey is about 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Thanks Anthony we had a really nice break away.

The apartment was perfect: luxurious yet cosy, very well appointed and in the best location, overlooking Loch Ness. The surroundings are breathtaking, we walked part of the South Loch Ness Trail and the Great Glenn Way, both well signposted and well maintained. It was a great short holiday, many thanks.

Steve was an amazing host. He personally showed us around the apartment and gave us several recommendation of restaurants and sights in the area. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with amazing views from the rooftop patio. The neighborhood was vibrant and safe, and within a short walk of all the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

The flat was in a great location- just around the corner from the bus stop which we used every day to go downtown. The place was very clean and Rebecca was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The roof top patio was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and several grocery stores close by. The pool looked very nice but we did not use it. The only down side was the beds are very firm but we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Bay Retreat for 2 nights. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, lovely and warm and well equipped. It is just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, we walked into Filey and back along the coast, gorgeous! It's close to some good pubs and restaurants. We didn't stay long enough to use the facilities that are included on the holiday village site, such as the pool, sauna, steam room etc but that's a bonus for if you have a longer stay or the weather isn't too good. We would definitely stay again.

Our second visit to this beautifully styled and comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately didn't get chance to use the Sauna again so it looks like we'll have to come back for that!

This is a charming old place with the character and essentials as if someone still lives there. Very, very clean and tidy. It is set in a beautiful outerskirts area of Bowness with only a short walk to the busy centre. This will suit someone who wants a very peaceful and quiet getaway in a stunning location yet close to the township as an option.

Great stay at Raluca's place. Her communication was great from the outset, responding promptly to questions and providing lots of local recommendations. The place was perfect for our stay and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool and play areas were excellent and the toys in the apartment were a real bonus. Would happily stay here again for a family break.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVE this apartment we cannot wait to go back! Everything was perfect including the hosts! Loved it for a girlie weekend one night was not enough. We are already planning a return trip thank you!!!

Para quem procura sossego a vista desra casa é maravilhosa .. Fica numa vila tranquila, com supermercado perto e poucos restaurantes. Casa espaçosa, bem decorada, devidamente aquecida e com lareira. Cozinha totalmente equipada. Nos preferimos cozinhar para ter a sensação de sermos moradores. Quartos tamanho adequado. Tudo limpo. Vista para o mar. Sauna e jacuzzi a disposição. Pena ficarmos apenas 2 dias. Recomendo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverside. There is lots of space for everyone to chill out and the decor is fun and welcoming. Riverside is in a great location and is very well equipped especially the kitchen. Bentham and its railway station are a few minutes walk making it very convenient.

We had our mums 80th with her family and the place was so well equipped with everything you need the rooms and space was fabulous and very well presented with its own individual character,the area brought back so many memories for my mum we can not thank and praise Alan and the place enough Thank you

What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

What a delightful experience we had staying at this beautifully renovated former schoolhouse in Church Town, Donegal! From the moment we arrived, the charm and history of the building were evident, blending seamlessly with the modern comforts inside. The thoughtful renovations have preserved the character of the original structure, with the high ceilings, large windows, and the warm, inviting atmosphere creating a perfect balance between old and new. The surrounding landscape of Donegal, with its rugged beauty and tranquility, made for a peaceful stay. Yet, we weren’t far from activities, shops, and other necessities. Gorgeous house! Easily accessible from motorway, and the beach and a very lovely restaurant we had brunch at within walking distance. Home was pristine and check in/out was very easy. Karolina was very responsive and helpful - 5 stars xx
