Hyggelig og central lejlighed tæt på metro, strand og byliv 🌿☀️ Beliggende i en grøn, fredelig gård med landsbystemning. Trygt kvarter med caféer, indkøb og grønne områder lige om hjørnet. Metro, havn og strand er ikke længere væk end en kort gå tur og 15 min. til København centrum. Lejligheden er hyggeligt indrettet med fuldt udstyret køkken, stue med hyggelige spiseplads og en dejlig sofa, roligt soveværelset og toilet med seperat bruseniche – perfekt til singler, par eller små familier.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
