This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
