My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kristen’s place. We enjoyed dinner nearby on Lake Palestine, caught a few fish in the pond, enjoyed the hot tub, and slept well. It was definitely an outdoorsy, off the grid stay for us and that is what we wanted. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee, sodas, and snacks. Thank you Kristen for hosting.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at Kevin and Debra’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and peaceful — a perfect escape. The hot tub and fire pit were definite highlights. We loved soaking under the stars and winding down by the fire each night. Kevin and Debra were amazing hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful escape from the city. The grounds are gorgeous and there is so much to do while you relax. Can't wait for another great stay. :)

Everything went great! We even got to visit with the dog.

My boyfriend and I had a blast staying here, and Kristen was a wonderful host, she gave extremely helpful directions and dropped off a bouquet of flowers and some treats from the local bakery for our anniversary! Very thoughtful! We will definitely be back soon!

I cannot explain how much I love this place! I snuck away for a weekend of solitude and quiet! This was the perfect place to do that. You can’t beat Kelley’s hospitality and the evening sunsets. This will be my new go to place for rest! If you are on the edge, I would say just book it!

The location was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The view was breathtaking, the bedroom Was warmly peaceful, seating down on the deck looking at the pond with my glass of wine . The host are very friendly and very helpful. Above all I fall in love with the place, I will definitely come back again

As described. Easy to find. Lots of trees and privacy. Lots of shade. Clean. Massage chair was nice touch.

Fantastic cabin to rent if you plan on enjoying nature, or if you are planning on attending a paintball tournament. That is what me and my family did, and was a super easy to walk to the field. Would recommend to anyone who is interested!

Needed a place last minute and Kelley was quick to respond and offer insight. The place was perfect for my family of 5 with 3 children ages 12, 9, and 4. The view was wonderful! Would highly recommend and stay again. Dollar General is 10 minutes away if needed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was both perfect and secluded. The Casita was clean, quiet, and relaxing. We particularly appreciated the pond, swing, and walking trail. Everyone we encountered was friendly and respectful. We highly recommend The Casita!

great location for a getaway , Chris was helpful and follows up quickly. I love the space this property has and the fire pit was awesome. love the outdoors surround sound music with blue tooth. I definitely will stay again

My family of three had an excellent stay at the cabin. We enjoyed the simplicity of the lodging and spending time on the porches in the evenings. Very peaceful set up. Patti was especially sweet and thoughtful upon our check-in by leaving a few goodies. The cabin is a short drive into both Athens and Canton if you want some city life. 5 Star stay all around.

We loved our stay! The private hot tub with the view of the water and the forrest made for very relaxing evenings. We highly recommed.

We love this lakeside cottage very much. The unique location, beautiful scenery and friendly landlord made this trip perfect.

Wow, this place exceeded our expectations!! Comfortable bed and sheets, and very cozy and well stocked. The forest surroundings are the perfect quiet getaway, my husband and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was so serene, and such a beautiful hidden gem. Carol was so kind and helpful, and I can't wait to have the chance to stay again. You can't beat the views, and all the amenities make this a great value.

This space is just what we needed for a weekend getaway; close to a body of water and a peaceful and quiet weekend. The time there was very relaxing, which gave me time to just sit on the front porch and take some photos of the birds and Just relax from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Jerry so much for making your home available to us! We really enjoyed our stay there.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! Great place, beautiful area ,close to town. Very clean and fresh. The only issues was the shower is a bit small and water pressure was a bit lower than I prefer. But I will stay again the next time in the area,
