Place was as described. Only down fall was plumbing issues with downstairs bathroom but Nellie communicated with us about that ahead of time and for what we needed was not a big deal.

This was a great place for a weekend with friends and family to hang out by the water. There was a decent amount of cleaning we had to do at check out that was required despite the cleaning fee. Other than that, the place was beautiful and Evan was very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay again!

Our family loved our stay at Heather's sweet house. Everything was thoughtfully picked out and both beautiful and comfortable. The house worked perfectly to have a couple of families and kids for dinner and playing on the water - the kitchen is huge, there's a grill outside, a large table and counter seating inside, and a fire pit for s'mores after dinner. It was nice the backyard was large and fenced for the kids when the adults were cooking. The paddle boat was super fun for the kids, and it was nice being on a quiet canal so the kids could go up and down and we didn't have to worry about much boat traffic. It feels very remote, but a full size grocery store is 13 minutes away and it's not far from Dallas. Perfect getaway weekend- we'll be back!

Dennis and Kelly's place was wonderful,. We loved the space, animals, fishing pond, and the Host was the best we have had at an airbnb. Loved the stay and we will be back.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have little ones. Chrissy has it set up to keep them entertained for hours. We spent most of our time in the backyard swinging, playing ball, eating smores at the fire pit. The kayaks and paddle board were great fun and there’s plenty of life preservers to keep them safe. We listened to the birds each morning, watched the cardinals play, saw a cormorant dive for his dinner and even saw a fox and her kits. An enclosed yard with locked gate ensures safety and peace of mind. The foosball table and closet full of toys and books keeps the fun going inside as well. Plenty to do nearby, bluebonnet season is a great time to go! Chrissy was very friendly, responsive and great to rent from. We’ll be back!

My husband and I took our 10 year old daughter and 5 year old son to this beautiful property for a mini spring break getaway. The house had so many different activities for us to do together, so even though we unfortunately had some Texas thunderstorms, there was never a dull moment. The scenery and peaceful surroundings were idelic, and we truly could not have had a more enjoyable time as a family!

This house is incredible! Every area is updated and really nice, and all of the furniture and beds are super comfortable. Lots of space for the whole family. Fun to be right on the water too, with the dock and kayaks. The host was also really helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Kyle’s place was just what my family and I needed. Peace and quiet. We cooked a lot while there and every pan, pot, bowl, kitchen utensils, etc… that we needed was available in the kitchen. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby each night. Will definitely return again!
