Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

An amazing place. We were three sailors staying there during a sailing competition and really enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, clean, and just as advertised

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Perfect for our family. Single story and big spacious rooms so worked well for my mum recovering from a surgery before heading home. Also amazing locations for my toddler close by. Beach, school, park and playground. Plus a big basket of toys at the house. Great restaurants close.

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

loved at stay at Loretta's, very spacious more room than expected, very clean and uncluttered, very responsive host, great spot, quiet and felt safe. modern houses around. perfect location for us. Beautiful surroundings house is immaculate the area was perfect, would I book this property out again most definitely 😍. Stunning sea view as soon as you wake up loved everything about it, my family and myself enjoyed our stay was also surrounded by beaches close to property and surrounding areas. Thank you Howard and Liz, highly recommend to others it’s a A+++++ from me and my family 🙏🏾

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated, with any amenity you could want or need. We enjoyed our time here very much. However, the airbnb posting is not completely accurate. The tenant lives in the same building, underneath the living room and his music and movements are often heard. This was not a deal breaker for us but should be made clear.
