This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
