Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Relax with the whole family at this Weekie Wachee/Springhill Heated pool home. 5 minutes from the crystal clear springs of Weekie Wachee state park and Buccaneer Bay that has spring fed beach with water slides , tiki bars and mermaid shows. It’s also located 10-15 minutes from Rodgers Park located on the river where you can swim, kayak with manatees and enjoy fun family time! Also 15 minutes away is Pine Island Beach Park and SunWest Beach Park for skiing, wake boarding and obstacle course.

If so you’ll get to have these and many more experiences here during your stay. Our Airbnb is different, and our main focus is on offering rememberal experiences to our guests. We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife sanctuary here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway

Located in Weeki Wachee Gardens, FL launch right off the back deck for a short paddle to the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River. Enjoy the area by using one of our provided 7 adult & 2 youth kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe and life jackets of all sizes. Swim with manatees in the backyard canal or fish right from our private dock where you can also tie up your boat or enjoy a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico.
