Modern Architecturally Designed Studio. Light sunny and clean. A great hotel alternative, with your own entrance onto small courtyard garden and situated next to a lovely native reserve. This studio is ideal for couples or friends who want a beautifully appointed, relaxing place as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Auckland's central city. It is a lovely heritage neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and is close to Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, Central down town & Eden Park .

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*

Please be mindful of neighbours living in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
