Excelente estadía. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en buen estado. El área espectacular, áreas recreativas diversas, la playa a pasos, piscina y áreas de estar. Nos sentimos seguros y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y buen ambiente. Agradecida de los host, Noel y Damaris, que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para contestar y resolver. Fueron amables y excelentes anfitriones. Lugar recomendado y nos encantaría regresar.

We love Aquátika and Cesar is so responsive and helpful and professional. His home feels like a home away from home. The penthouse is so cozy and we will back.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

This is a beautiful place to bring your family. The location is wonderful and near both a large pool and the beach. The amenities make it an easy stay. There are lots of beach towels in addition to the bath towels, in unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and the roof top patio is amazing! Bring your family here and have a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place in Aquátika! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful — modern amenities, gorgeous decor, spacious layout, and the security of the resort made us feel very safe and comfortable. Everything inside was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning was AMAZING — definitely a huge plus in the Puerto Rican heat! Jessica was an incredible host — very responsive, helpful, and easy to contact whenever we needed anything. One thing to keep in mind: the location is perfect if you plan to stay and enjoy the resort itself (which has beautiful pools, hot tubs, and beach access!), but it’s a little further out if you want to explore the whole island — most attractions were about 25-45 minutes away. We like to eat out a lot and sightsee, so having a rental car was definitely necessary for us. Overall, this was an amazing stay — perfect for relaxing at a beautiful resort, and Jessica made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for our group of five. It was extremely clean, which we appreciated all the more knowing how hard it is to keep it so on an island. Everything we needed was in the house and more (games, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry worked great for us. We landed on a day with an island-wide power blackout and were pleasantly surprised to find the doors and front gate check-in were all working. This was a good area to stay in to travel to Old San Juan and the rainforest. There were a few restaurants in the area (we really liked El Parrilla) but we drove to the Walmart for groceries. You will need to drive to get around but we expected that. The pool in front of the apartment was out of service, but we had been told it would be when we booked, and the other pools were all up and usable on the property. If anything, we appreciated it was probably quieter for us at night. Would love to stay here again!

Matt was a great host, he was available, with information whenever needed. The condo was an equipped with anything you may need foryour staying. I would definitely return in my next vacation. I recommend him to anyone. I know that’s going to Puerto Rico.

Rafael’s place was a very quiet and peaceful stay. All you hear is the ocean nearby which we loved. I would definitely recommend renting a car since you can’t really walk anywhere nearby. The bed was comfortable and the place was nice it matched the pictures. This Airbnb is not located in a touristy area so it was a big change for us coming from another Airbnb in Isla verde. Overall I would recommend this place for a more private stay in PR.

The apartment is very comfortable and worked great for our family. It was wonderful being right on the beach and easy to get to everything we wanted to do... exploring El Yunque National Forest, going on a snorkeling trip from Fajardo, ziplining just 10 minutes away, and exploring Old San Juan. We also loved playing pickleball at the apartment. Vanessa was a great communicator and very responsive to any question, request or feedback. I'd definitely return.

Ignacio & Angèlica are phenomenal hosts. They are not only kind and communicative, but they’ll welcome you with a basket of treats and sparkling rosè, then chop down a homegrown plantain from one of the many tropical trees in their lush backyard and even lend you an air fryer so you can “fry” said plantain. Their space was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, from beach towels and bicycles to a well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, work from home desk station, on-site laundry and comfortable sleeping quarters. You’ll feel right at home at the cozi coqui.

nicks place was so lovely !!! the drive was beautiful!!! his place was perfect I used the rooftop more then anything!!!! rooms were very comfortable and clean !!! multiple balconies ...so definitely had privacy. no complaints or any trouble. I was gone exploring puerto rico so didn't get to check out the beach or pool but both looked beautiful I would stay here again forsure!!! He had everything you need ... washer dryer ect ...wine cooler ... peaceful stay.

Excelente alojamiento, tal como se muestra en fotos, es nuestra primera vez usando un tipo de apartamento en esta modalidad de alquiler y fue una muy buena experiencia, Ramón super ágil en respuesta de inquietudes y remitió comunicado ya que en P.R tuvo un apagón general en la fecha que estamos.

Amazing stay. I recently stayed with my wife and young daughter at Glenda’s condo. It was the perfect vacation. Steps from the beach and pool. Quiet and private. Plenty of kids toys for my daughter. Every amenity you can think of. Glenda provided so many recommendations nearby and on the island in general. Comfortable beds, perfect amount of space. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend for a wonderful low-key vacation away from it all.

What a great trip! Rafy was very helpful and responded immediately. He brought over a new TV within hours of letting him know that the TV was not working. The space is huge with tons of beds and boogie boards for the beach. Waves in this area get pretty big which is loads of fun for the bigger kids. There's a really nice pool and a kiddie pool too. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs at the house for use. This is our 4th Airbnb we've stayed at in Puerto Rico and was definitely our favorite! Only down side was that a couple of the sliding deck doors did not lock but they were to your private deck on the 3rd floor. We let Rafy know and I'm sure it will be fixed before I finish my review! Loved the space and loved the host!

A beautiful apartment, a well maintained property. Clean, spacious, a perfect place for a family vacation. The beach was beautiful. The pools were well taken care of, check in was simple, the grounds felt safe. We loved the area and would absolutely come back! Thank you!

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Fred and vane were very responsive! Check in was easy, apartment is clean, private, quiet with a beautiful beach. The hot tub is so nice too! I would say, the location is a bit far from San Juan and not so many restaurants near by, but overall we had a great stay!

This place was amazing. You get so much for the price…the pools, the beach, everything. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to relax and full of chairs, balls, a beach wagon, a cooler, and umbrella…everything you need for a beach day. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and my favorite thing to do on the whole trip was just hang out at the apartment with the pools and beach within walking distance.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

Loved our time here everything was great. The room and amenities was as listed in photos. Everything was very clean and pristine. Lucy was so sweet and attentive. Restaurants and activities were very close by beautiful beaches, El Yunque, Culebra Island ferry just minutes away. Our stay was pleasant and everything we expected and more. When we get ready to return to this side of the island we would definitely love to stay here again.
